I was very pleased w/ the help I received from Low VA rates. I don't think they could have made the process easier. They did a great job of informing me what step we were on, when they needed a signature, or if initials were required. Maurice N. and his team were super professional and considerate of the fact I worked overnight. Great People! Bryan Bowman and his team at Low VA Rates did wonders with my mortgage payment. To be exact, they cut the darn thing nearly in half with a bigger chunk of my mortgage payment being applied to the principle. The deal breaker (for me) was that I didn’t have to pay anything plus got cash. Oh, if you missed the point, they cut my mortgage payment in half with a payoff date pretty much the same as before. My review, get off you duff and work with these folks. You will come out better from their efforts. That is this USAF Vet’s review.

I would like to thank Andrew Cromwell and his team for the excellent performance they provided in assisting me in refinancing my home. I was very pleased with how responsive and informative they were during the process and I highly recommend their services to all veterans.

Two things. 1.) if you are considering working with Low VA Rates, I HIGHLY recommend you work with loan originator Maurice Navarro. When one loan originator told me NO after pulling my credit score, Maurice Navarro saved the day by getting me approved and 30 days later, I closed on my first home. THANK YOU sir! 2.) If you have a low credit score, DON’T get into a mortgage just yet. Although the Veterans Affairs Department does NOT have a credit score threshold, low credit scores allow mortgage companies to take advantage of the veteran. Even after their low credit scores are JUSTIFIED. After my loan is completely paid off, I will have paid $500k+ for a $228k home loan. My advice to anyone is to take their time in repairing their credit score first to be eligible for a better interest rate. Thank you for your time.

The VA IRRL was the best, Colby Jones is great. He encouraged me to shop around and see if there was any lower rates, faster closing times or less expensive lender costs. After 13 credit pulls from companies big and small no one could beat Low VA Rates. Colby was always ready and available to answer questions and spend the time to explain the loan process in terms the average home owner understands without insider jargon. A very fresh and enjoyable way to do business. My only regret is there's no sixth star for Colby's personal service.

Worked with Colby on a refinance and he was alsome. Did a VA IRRRL and closed in less than a month. No income verification, bank statements, etc. Low VA Rates reduced my interest rate by nearly 2%. Also, your closing costs can be rolled into your VA refinance loan, and you can sign closing documents in the comfort of your home. Will definitely use again.
