I have really enjoyed the different classes and trainers offered through I said. There’s so many to choose from. I really love the ability to connect the classes to your piece of equipment. Having the trainers be able to increase and decrease your resistance is a game changer. It has really increase the quality of my work out. I did receive a piece of equipment at a discount and exchange for my honest feedback.

I set up my iFit account before my elliptical was even assembled. Then I checked it out while my son assembled the product. Once my elliptical was all set up, I had already decided on my first several on-demand workouts. Since then I have completed workouts from different trainers. With iFit I have so many more possibilities than I would without the program. iFit really keeps me motivated to workout.

So much fun Using iFit! Ease of switching between different kinds of workouts is a definite plus! All the different scenery makes for the hands down best workout ever!

This is a great little massage gun. Comes charged and ready to go. Has a power light and lights for various levels of power. Multiple massage adaptors and comes all in a little carrying case that can easily be tucked away. Perfect way to fight my chronic pain. Not too heavy to hold or handle.

I got an elliptical and it was easy to set up. It also came with the iFIT program. When I tried to connect my phone and tablet, I had some issues. So, I contacted customer service and they were so helpful. Turns out - I can only connect one device at a time. They were patient and helpful regardless of how small the issues seemed. I have a pro form spin bike and downloaded the iFIT app to help me keep my workouts consistent. The app is very easy to use, the trainers make the workouts fun and keep you motivated. I haven't had any trouble with the equipment or the app and highly recommend this to anyone looking to get a more consistent work out routine. The variety of workouts on the app is great and I am having a lot of fun which I never would have associated with working out in the past.

This is a wonderful company, I use the iFIT program with my treadmill. It’s very user-friendly, an easy set up or you can use manual mode on your device. The program is fun, energetic and motivational, I preferred to use the program it keeps me active and I don’t get bored. They make it really simple what do user manual and directions but it also has a tech support you can get a hold of. I have recommended this company to all my friends and family.

During these difficult times, it is hard to stay positive and motivated. I know the times have changed people and how we do our day to day functions, so I decided to work on me and chose iFit to help me and I'm glad I did. Delivery was fast and not damaged or had any missing pieces. I received a discounted price for my honest review and honestly I'm glad I have their support. Customer service has been excellent. They have answered my questions, have walked me through their really cool app and have been there every time I've had a question. I recently purchased an elliptical that had 30 day membership to iFit. The program, in combination with the elliptical, is a game changer for my fitness routine. I'm excited to work out all over the world and...I'm able to have a great low impact work out as I heal from an injury. IFit was easy to download and connect to my elliptical and, bonus, I can use the other programs, such as the bike workouts, with my other equipment. I'm really enjoying both the physical and global experience from the safety of my home. I received this item at a discounted rate for my honest opinion.

Do I recommend? ABSOLUTELY! Between the amazing customer service and high quality items I am so pleased! I got a percussion massage gun and it has been amazing on my sore muscles!

I have both an elliptical and exercise bike from ProForm which I love. However, I just started the iFit app with the bike and my workouts are now consistent. I purchased a ProForm Indoor Bike and I use it primarily with the iFit app.   I loved that the first month was free and the coaches and classes are so fun, I immediately joined for the year! There are hundreds of different classes and scenic rides.  With Covid having put the halt on traveling it’s really been fun to do the scenic rides.     The bike was relatively easy to assemble, and it is amazingly quiet and smooth. I did receive a discount in exchange for my fair review, which I’m leaving now since I’ve been using the bike and the iFit program for awhile.    I did have an issue when I upgraded to an annual membership and I called customer service - they were super friendly and resolved the matter in a matter of minutes! Highly recommend!!

I set up my elliptical recently. It took about an hour and a half to set up and I was able to do it myself. I had a small issue getting it linked to my phone, so I contacted support and they responded quickly and got my problem fixed with just one contact. Their responses were quick and efficient. The customer service cannot be beat here. I’m so happy with the equipment and will definitely continue purchasing just because of their quality and service. I ordered the compact elliptical from ifit. I love how well it fits in a small space since I don't have a lot of room in my house. Sometimes I only have time to jump on this machine and get some workout in for the day. They answered all my questions I had. They shipped it in a timely manner and it arrived without any damage to the machine. I will be ordering more items from them.

This company provided me with one of the most flawless customer service experience! I called, the hold time was very short before I was connected to an agent. I did not to be run in circles using the phone tree. The agent was able to resolve my issue within the first 5 minutes of the conversation. They were courteous and prompt! I am pleased!
