iFit is definitely an Amazing company... I love their customer service. Definitely recommend this company to all my family and friends. We love our new exercise tool 🤗. It's super heavy duty and you might need someone to help you to install it if you are tiny like I am lol

Provided by YP.comI've had the pro-form pro c22 bike by icon for a few weeks now and felt I should let everyone know what a wonderful experience it has been. The shipping was very fast and assembly took less than an hour! The pedals are great and won't need replaced as the grip is fantastic, the screen is AMAZING and an added bonus to this amazing bike. I would be happy to recommend this bike to anyone looking to purchase one. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion

Provided by YP.comI've had my new spin bike from Icon - Proform for about 2 weeks now and I love it. I'm so glad Icon is putting out such a wide variety of products for us. It has iFit on it for a whole year free. Yes, I got it free with the bike. You can too. hahah. I have the Pro 22 which has a 22 inch screen. That screen looks so so so big when on the bike. I'm closer to those trainers than people in real life that's for sure. No 6 feet distance needed in the privacy of my home. It's the office bike so I can steak in rides on my breaks. #workfromhome

Provided by YP.comI have a Nordictrack treadmill and a Proform Spin bike. Both came Ifit enabled and both were sold by Icon Health and Fitness.
There are so many options with this program. I just can't believe it. With this program I have a huge variety of trainers to choose from and also a wide variety of workout options. You don't just get workouts for whatever machine you have.... you get ALL the workouts! I'm enjoying the stretching workouts after my bike rides and treadmill walks. I can't wait to build my gym with more and more machines. I'm wanting a HIIT machine next!!!

Provided by YP.comI just got my first piece of equipment from Proform and I have been having a great experience with it. They've put together a great customer support team both on the phone and through their social media pages from the interactions I've had! I have been using their iFit membership both on my bike and on my phone and there has been more than enough variety in workouts and instructors there for my husband and I! I really feel like I didn't just get a bike but got a community of people through iFit and I love it! They put out different challenges every month to qualify for a magnet and it feels really good to accomplish that. They also have milestones that you can reach throughout the year. Provided by YP.comI bought a unit that had defects including the interface of the spin wheel. 3 pieces were to be sent to me. I got one, that some time later, I got the other, and I called in between. About a week and a half ago, I called on Thursday, and asked to speak to a supervisor. I detailed my total frustration, and I was promised since the supervisors left at 5pm, one would call me on Friday. No one called.
I called Monday, and finally spoke to a supervisor. She told me she would need to check to see if the part was in the warehouse or when it would arrive. I demanded that I wanted to know by the end of the day, or I would commence legal action. This did not sway her and in fact, she got defensive. I also said that unless I received an answer, I would contact the CEP, David Watterson. I soon got an email that the part was unavailable and I would hear from the resolution department within 10 days.
I wanted this expedited, but was told it is not fair since others were waiting through the process. Is the company so screwed that one cannot reach this department directly and/or there were so many complaints. I have the defective unit for 2 months, and dealing with this folks is worse than pathetic. Long on promises and short on action.
This supervisor tried to distinguish herself from the others saying I never dealt with her before. I explained to her that this was a phony attempt. She is an employee of ICON and I hold her as such.
I tried to call David Watterson's listed number but it was not working.

Provided by YP.comI waited for an hour online to find out how to repair my Weslo Cadence G-40 treadmill. The track was slipping badly. At no time was I told the wait time. When I finally got to a customer service rep he gave me the wrong information which would have cost me $180.00 dollars if I had followed it. I removed the engine cover and it was obvious that the problem was a small betl that was worn. I called back and ordered the belt for nearly $40.00, a rip off true, but better than $180! I was promised that the belt would "certainly come with instructions", it didn't. I called again, waited for 20 minutes finallyt got a rep was told I should have had the instructions and then was put on hold again! I gave up. I'll figure it out myself. I won't be buying anymore ICON products, the company should be called I-CON-YOU.

Provided by YP.comI could relate my experience about the quality of their products and how they say that if I return obviously defective merchandise (an elliptical track wheel that was not cut round) they will charge me shipping both ways plus a 15% restocking fee. A restocking fee for defective equipment that they should have seen before sending - how hard is it to see a wheel has a flat side from bad manufacturing?
