I came in for service to my 2003 Impala and ended up purchasing a 2015 Malibu LS from Bill Dabney. His easy-going style and willingness to make the deal possible without high pressure tactics enabled us to have a productive experience.

It was a great experience with Brian. He went above and beyond to get me approved for the car I wanted.

Kelly had all of the approval done before I made the 1 1/2 hour trip to Bob Hook. Upon my arrival, Bryan took me out for the test drive. He took me in to sign the paperwork while he finished up the final details with the car. Once I finished signing paperwork, I was ready to go. The quickest process I've ever been through with a dealership. The customer service was exceptional!

From the beginning the entire staff has been professional, courteous, and has answered every question. I cannot say enough how great my entire experience was with Bob Hook Chevrolet. There was no pressure at all or haggling over pricing. They were truthful and to the point during the entire transaction. I mainly dealt with Derek Carlton. He is definitely top notch and is a terrific sales person.

This was by far, the most relaxing car purchase I have ever made. When I left the lot in my new Cruze, I was COMPLETELY SATISFIED.

My salesman, Bruce Winters, did everything he said he would do when it came to the sale of the truck I bought. He has followed through and would by my next vehicle from him and Bob Hook. Hard to find honesty in car dealerships but they had it! As a woman shopping for a vehicle I was told some pretty big whoppers at some of the other dealerships I had shopped at. I had done my homework on the truck that I wanted to purchase and Mr. Winters never gave me a line of bs!

I arrived at your repair shop and was immediately greeted by a young lady who asked what service I



need. She immediately got me for an oil change & tire rotation. In less than 30 minutes I was on the



road again. Could not have asked for any better service.

Your service department were great and friendly and my car was serviced while I waited which was not long at all Service was made and ready in a short time.. You can be proud of the people you have in that department. I will definitely return as I have for years when my car needs service.

I brought my 2010 Chevy Colorado in for a recall item. As it turned out my vehicle was fine. My keyless entry fob had broken and it was replaced under warranty. I always have my truck serviced ad Bob Hook and have never had any kind of issue with the Service Department. They are knowledgeable, courteous and professional.
