My experience at Bob Hook was exceptional as always. I bought my 2004 Blazer here (and Mr. Dabney made a pleasant experience with the purchase) and after 11 years of using Bob Hook services and that wonderful experience I would not go anywhere else to by a new Chevrolet. Derek Carlton showed me the cars and test drive both of them. There was no pressure and he worked with me to get a car in my budget. I had a wonderful purchasing experience. AGAIN!!! We were treated fairly and professionally. No hard sell pressure to buy which means a lot to me. I was given what I think was a fair value for trade in and also I was sold vehicle at a fair price. Dealer prepared vehicle to my directions and specifications perfectly. Financing was also provided, again at a fair market price. He stayed in close contact to inform us of when out car was being built so we could go to the plant to watch the build.
