I gave up hope on getting a new Rolex for the past couple of years, every Rolex Boutique has no inventory and some were
reluctant to even let you inside. I was almost deterred from going to this boutique to be rejected and disappointed again but I’m sure glad I was with a friend and he wanted to checked it out. Susan greeted me and asked me what I was looking for and pulled out a 2022 two tone which I didn’t love and then she went back and brought out a beautiful timepiece that matches my jewelry and outfit. It was perfect, the moment I saw it I knew it was the one! I’m very happy with my purchase and my first Rolex. My girlfriend and I dropped in to take a look at some watched when she found something she loved. Estefanía was more than welcome to accommodate us and went above and beyond to provide us top-tier service such as adjusting the strap after purchase without even having to ask. I highly suggest you look for Estafanía when you get the chance to visit the Rolex store at the Design District.

I’ve been looking into buying my first day to day Rolex for the past two years, ever since I turned 30. Every chance I would get I’ll walk into a Rolex boutique but leave disappointed because I would always get the same answer. “There’s nothing in stock” or “these are only for exhibition” or my favorite, “write down your information and we’ll get back to you.” Well today my luck changed! I was casually strolling thru the Miami Design District with my family and we decided to walk into Rolex. Walking in with intention to purchase but prepared to be rejected, Susana blessed us with the ultimate Rolex experience! Not only did I purchase my first Rolex, but she also brought out a gem that my partner purchased as well. Susanna’s service was beyond what we expected. We look forward on making our near future purchases with Rolex Miami Design District and Susana along with the rest of the staff.
