Alvin was great. He came over, checked the mouse traps, sprayed the house, and then did extra and set up spider traps in the garage and even put some bug dust (not it's official name, but I can't remember what it's called) behind our outlet covers.



He was great, friendly, and efficient.

Moxie Pest Control is our current insect control company we use to combat box elder bugs, ants, wasps/yellow jackets, etc. and especially spiders. After two years with Moxie we've been very satisfied with their service and products. They leave spider/bug traps in key areas to catch the stragglers. We notice a rare pest between services but always wonder how long it has been since the last sighting. Ozzy, our most recent tech, was very professional and courteous while in our home. They also help identify the unknown bug that we've had which expands our knowledge base too. Their pricing is one of the best and they are more than willing to come back between scheduled visits if activity is seen.

We hired Moxie to help with the hornets we had been fighting and the critters downstairs. The difference was amazing! We have used their services for almost two years, and we have been very pleased. We see nearly no critters downstairs anymore, and the hornets have decreased significantly. Love not having to buy traps and hang them outside. We appreciate the staff both on the phone and those that visit, so accommodating, so polite. Ozzy is one of the best! Moxie is an excellent service!

this is the best pest control that i have been with. both my husband and I are very pleased. I encourage all my friends and family to look into the company for their low const and reliability.

Alvin was just in my home and was fabulous! He sprayed for ants and spiders that have tried to move in for the winter. Yuck! Alvin was professional and kind. We have loved having Moxie take care of our home

Alvin was really thorough and had some good information for me. He handled the inside and outside of the house. He was professional and friendly.

Alvin was a good listener and very helpful.

My technician, Alvin did an extra good job putting out adhesive spider traps, not only where we'd seen a hobo spider, but at several other places in my garage and furnace area and behind an electrical box where empty space existed and spiders were likely to hide. He checked the mouse & rat traps and re-baited them as they had all seen activity.. Alvin also sprayed my foundations & doors, as well as dusting all crevices and cracks. I feel much safer now and more secure in my home environment.

Alvin came out this morning to do the winter spray. He sprayed outside and inside. I could tell it wasn't a rush job. He took the time to look for those certain places that might be great hiding spots for the critters we don't want around! He was very kind and friendly, answering any questions I had and giving a good description of what he did today. I am sure all the techs at Moxie are fabulous... but with the great service he provided we intend on requesting his service in the future. We will be quick to recommend Alvin and Moxie to anyone who asks about pest control services. You guys are great!

Moxie Pest Control did a great job for me today. Alvin, has to be the BEST Rep I have seen in quite a while! He was very polite, introduced himself, told me why he had come, what he had planned, and where he wanted to start first. I asked if he would mind staring in the house first because my husband was working from home today, and happened to be out at a business lunch. He said that would be fine; so he got started. As we moved through the house, (I was moving chairs, couches away from the walls) he explained what product he was using and answered any questions I had...such as, how soon can I vacume and what do I do if my kids get into the spider traps? He finished up outside; then came and checked with me before he left. He told me where he had sprayed outside and what to expect over the new few days - few weeks. Alvin reassured me to call Moxie if I continued to see any spiders or other bugs. Best of all, he finished just as my husband was getting home. Now he would not be disturbed and could get back to work. Perfact timing; Thanks Alvin/ Moxie!

Alvin was my tech today again and he did awesome! He introduced himself very nicely and explained the work in detail. Last time he came we had some strange bugs that started invading our garden. After the service, those bugs disappeared! I'm also pleased because when we moved in there were lots of spiders, ants, and snails. After a couple services these pests also diminished greatly. I'm very pleased with Moxie and also appreciate their courteous and professional service. :)

They have been super friendly to work with. They have come in a timely manner and taken care of any pest problems I have had. They have come gladly even between the scheduled visits to spray when I called. All of the technicians have been great and most recently Ozzy has come and done a very thorough job as well!
