Ozzy and Eric came to the house today and sprayed for pests. I told him we were having extra problems with spiders and he sprayed inside and out, no charge. And they always get the hornet nests in the rafters! Thank you guys!

Ozzy came out to my house today and provided an excellent experience. Not only did he ask me if I needed additional services, he completed my requests in a timely, thorough and very polite manner. I would recommend Moxie Pest Control because they always show up when they say they will and always complete the job in a professional and high quality manner, especially Ozzy!

Alvin came out today to service our home and yard. As always, he was polite and very thorough. We've used many other pest control companies, and Moxie stands out for their high level of service. All questions answered, all problems addressed, and if we've ever needed extra services between regular appointments, they've done it cheerfully with no extra charge.

Our technician that came out was Alvin Zuniga. He was very friendly. Very thorough. He got the job done quick, but made sure to get everything. He explained what I should be expecting. I would definitely recommend Moxie and will continue to use their service. Alvin was great!!

These guys did an outstanding job. I have not seen a live pest since their first visit.

Oh my goodness! I don't think that words can describe how much I appreciate these guys! I hate spiders with such a passion that it is ridiculous and now they are taking care of me and my family by getting rid of them. They are nothing but amazing when they come out and make sure that any concerns that we have are taken care of first and foremost. Just today Ozzy came out and made sure to address any problems that I had been seeing and reassured me of all that they can do for us.

We have had great service from Moxie Pest Control. Amy in customer service was very helpful. I just missed the guy who came to treat and only the outside was done. She was able to reach him and he came back. Alvin was professional, polite, clean, and gave great advice on how reduce the chance of mice and spiders. I have recommended Moxie to my neighbors!



9/18/12 Ozzie came and did our regular treatment inside and out. He was great. Spent extra time on education for me on how the treatment for spiders and ants works and told me if the glue traps catch a mouse (or anything else, yuck) I just need to call. I didn't know that, I thought I had to deal with the traps. THANKS OZZIE!

Alvin came out and did an extra service for us today. Moxie's customer service is very top notch, family friendly. We have had other pest control companies before, but never have I ever been treated so nicely by another company. As well, they take care of all pest needs, most pest companies don't do that anymore.

Don't use this company! We just sprayed last week. It was our third spray with them. They came and did a respray for us on 8/21/2012 and as I was signing the papers, a wasp landed on my hand and stung me. They were supposed to come back in two days with a new product to kill squash bugs that they had supposedly sprayed for the last time. They never showed. Here it is six days late rand I now have wasps swarming my house and my daughter who has a FATAL allergy to wasp stings can't use our doors. She was already stung twice after they sprayed the first time. I called Moxie and told them that we can't use our front door or garage because we have wasps swarming. The girl is all "Oh, you have to give the product time to work." Um, I was STUNG last week as they were done spraying and six days later they are now nesting all over my house. She finally admitted that unless there is a nest they can knock down, there is NOTHING they can do for wasps. They refuse to void our contract, which we are paying for on our end and keeping up our end of the deal. They however, are selling a service that DOES NOT WORK. The girl refused to even think about voiding our contract.



Let's look at the numbers here. First spray, my daughter gets stung twice and has to go to urgent care. Next spray, doesn't work at all. First respray, I get stung as I am signing the papers. One week later, can't use the front porch because it's being swarmed by wasps. I don't want want to pay for a company when I am having to pay for killing the wasps on my own.



We are not impressed.

Alvin the tech did a great job at communicating with us about everything that was going on the whole time he was here, he was also very friendly and curtious about everything and made sure we knew what to look for so they knew what to look for the next time they came out

Technician Alvin was great to work with. Very kind and well informed. He came out to our home and quickly sprayed the outside and inside of our home. I can already see a difference in the bug count of our home. Pricing is very reasonable for professional services.

Alvin came & sprayed my house for spiders & mice. He was so friendly & very professional. He was completely done in 45 minutes tops. Although he was very quick, he did a very thorough job & I couldn't be happier. I was ten minutes late getting home & he was still at the house waiting when I got there. I would definitely reccommend this company to anyone I know. Thanks again Alvin!

Andrew and Ozzy came right over and got rid of the spiders in my storage room. I saw them across the street working on my neighbors house and they were nice enough to make the arrangements to fit me into their schedule. The guy who came last time, can't remember his name, was also very professional and polite. I am impressed with their staff...the woman I talk to in the office on the phone is always nice too.

Alvin was the guy who performed my service. He was very professional and very polite. He was also very quick which I appreciated. He was in and out in no time and all. The service was full coverage outside and they even took care of rodents in my grass. I would recommend this to a friend.

Moxie is very professional and thorough. Alvin came between calls to take care of wasps, and then returned for the regular service so he already knew our problem spots and we didn't have to explain it all again. Have been very satisfied so far.

Alvin was very nice, did a very complete and thorough job! He let me know about what to expect with the service, and went above and beyond my expectations. Very satisfied, and excited to be a new customer!

Alvin did a fine job spraying the house and yard for bugs. I have been very happy with my experience so far, but I dislike the pushy servay thing where the technition has to come into my house to set it up. If there was a slip of paper that he could hand me instead, I would be much happier and still very likly to do the servay.
