The hundred year old plumping in my house failed this past spring. While Scott Hale Plumbing was not the cheapest plumber in the area, I was not inclined to hire the lowest bidder as I watched waste water pour into my basement. Scott Hale Plumbing quickly replaced my sewer lines. In the process, they damaged the foundation of the house. After two months of politely encouraging Mr. Hale, repair work began on my foundation. During this time, Mr. Hale treated my family as a nuisance. Mr. Hale's insurance eventually paid for the repair. I politely requested, and was refused, a refund on the original work as the damage to my foundation caused significant inconveniences. I do not recommend Scott Hale Plumbing.

The prices are competitive and it means a lot to me to be dealing with an honest company. I have been overcharged in the past but not here. Thats important to me and thanks Dan!

My Plumbing nightmares are now over with the help of Scott Hale Plumbing, our house is more that 40 yrs old. I inherited this house from my parents. But the plumbing needs rehabilitation because of the constant drain block we experience with our kitchen sink and bathroom. Good thing I consulted on these guys to help and maintain my house plumbing. They are quick and honest to do their job.

Josh was great! Efficient and very capable! He has quoted 2 hours for the job to be completed but he was finished 36 minutes early! I was grateful! Great Guy!

It is great to be able to call and trust a company that comes into your home and fixes things. Its even better when that company is professional and courteous to my family and my home alike.

Terrible terrible terrible. I wish that I could give this company 0 stars. They cancelled my appointment the day of when I had been without heat in my house all winter. They said that I was their top priority, but then threw me aside. Thanks for nothing.

Great service. Russ and Scott did a great job. I called them Friday morning and they were at my house by 1:00 the same day. I recommend them both highly.

Very professional and knowledgeable. He did not show up exactly when I thought he would, however I was notified that he was running late and that was helpful. The person on the phone was wonderful, the work was great, and the appearance and attitude of the worker was completely satisfactory.

This is a great plumber that i was totally happy with. They did good work, on time and in short order. Overall I would say that I am very satisfied with the level of service from this plumber.
