A+ sent out Lynn Their Technition to repair my garage door. Lynn phoned to notify me he was on his way. He was very informative, he gave me my options and his recommendation and allowed me to converse with him on what would work best for me. He completed his work in a timely manor and checked other parts of the door. As a business owner myself, I appreciate a quality job at a fair price. Lynn was outgoing and professional. One of our overhead tension springs broke last night. A plus garage doors was able come out the next day and replace it. The tech was knowledgeable and quick. The service cost was minimal and the parts they use are good quality.

Parker replaced a section of track my husband keeps hitting with his truck, fixed loose wires and made recommendations for the future upkeep of our door. No pressure, no hassle, just got the door back on track!

Ryan from A Plus worked around my schedule, showed up early, fixed more than I asked for, and got it done for lots less than I had expected/feared, and written warranty for the work. Very nice folks. I recommend them to my friends and family. ~ Tom

I'm on a fixed income and was dreading having the repairman come today...Now I'm wondering why I waited 3 weeks to make the call for repair. My house was built in 1989 and I know I need a new motor and I would like to buy a new snazzy garage door but right now, it's impossible. Parker, from A Plus Garage Doors is the Garage Door God (my new nickname for him). He explained the door problems I faced in a easy, understandable way and fixed my door for a minimal cost. I was so impressed with his capability and honesty that when tax refund time comes, I'm calling Parker for a new Door and Motor!!! Thank YOU, Dex!!! I wish my experience had been the same as the other reviewers, but must have caught them on a bad day. The chain had come off, and I called A+ based on good reviews instead of using Lowry which we usually do. The tech came out on time, and found the cog shaft on top of the opener had broken. He told me it would be $160. I asked if putting new opener wouldn't be just as cheap, but he told me that would be $450 to $500. I found later with a quick search online many openers in the $150 - 200 range that were just like mine. I should have sent him packing right there, but I was already being charged the $30 for the service call, so I agreed to it. The first thing he did was to pull off the plastic cover over the rear light bulb and broke the bulb. He then replaced the $160 cog, and then spent 10 minutes trying to up-sell. He said the rollers all needed replacing and the springs were bad too, and that would be another $450. Since we didn't do that, he refused to give us any warranty at all on the part he replaced. He then left without cleaning anything up, and with us feeling scammed and ripped-off. Next time it's Lowry Doors for sure.

Had my spring break on my garage door and needed it fixed last night. Eli came out after hours(11pm) and fixed it in under a hour. Thanks for getting out so fast and will recomend to others.

I stop before starting, I call the number from Moneymailerand got very disappointed the way I was helped , the person from Garage Door Repair was total unpleasant, impatient , first sign for Not good business .Found another place. Hope you get better to your next customer... I believe some people don't know how to handle nice when they listen a different accent... Iam from Portugal / well , well! :)

I thought I would take advantage of a deal when I received your coupon in my money mailer. What I actually received was on time service by a very qualified person, Sam. He was fast, efficient, and knowledgable. Several of the concerns I had he found as well. He did not try to sell me anything extra but let me know that when I do have a need your company would be able to assist. I am so impressed with Ryan at A Plus Garage Doors. He was early, professional, friendly, clean, not pushy, and extremely knowledgeable. Ryan did not try to sell us something we didn't need. Im Pleasantly surrprised, these guys did more than expected, they were way less than the competition. The installer was nice and very knowledgable, he even fixed my horrible screech that has been here for years, I'd reccomend A plus garage doors to anyone. thanks NIck dejel

I called 3 garage door companies and A Plus Garage Doors was the quickest to respond. They had a service repair guy (Eli) out the same day and he was able to get the repair done very quickly. Eli explained how he could just replace the broken spring or do a complete overhaul. I was thinking just repair the broken spring and save some money. Eli explained the benefits of getting the overhaul vs just repairing the broken spring. I decided to get the complete overhaul and I’m glad I did. It came with a 10 year warranty on parts and labor! The door operates much quieter and smoother now. I’m glad I called A Plus Garage Doors.
