They were quick to respond to our need and priced fair.Sterling did a great job.

Called with an opener that wouldn't work. Sam was out first thing the next morning (I called after hours the day before). Sam was awesome and made sure I understood all my options. There was absolutely no "hard pressure sale" (which I appreciate!). Anyway, Sam got it replaced in super fast time and then went over everything to make sure I was comfortable. And the price was great! I looked up the cost of just the hardware on Amazon and they can't be making much since the price was not that far above just the hardware! These guys are awesome and I am making sure to let all my neighbors know to call them first!

I called at 8:10 in the morning. Parker showed up within 15-20 minutes. He replaced two torsion springs and all of the rollers on my garage door and was finished by 9:15. Unbelievable. Quality work!

My Beautiful Garage Doors were built and installed by A Plus. Upon talking with them on what garage door I wanted they customized it to fit my needs and they installed in really quick. What a great company; job was done same day I called and they even came out on a very cold December evening to repair our garage door. I had an issue with my garage door being totally off track after the big wind storm we had recently. I called Windsor Door Sales initially to put it back on track and to fix the problem I was facing, I was greeted with poor customer service and a technician who falsly informed me that I needed a new garage door and he could have it done in two weeks. Frusrtated, I called A Plus and they had a technician by the name of Sam come over, he was very knowledgeable and efficient in his repair work. As it turned out I did not need a new door, Sam had my garage door up and running like it was brand new in about an hour and did some upgrades to boot. A plus definitely lived up to its name today. Thanks again Sam!

I was thinking of throwing out a MacGyver compliment, but looks like that was already taken. My door wasn't worth replacing, so having a reasonable repair to make it last another 10 years or more was just right for us.Parker was great, would definitely recommend A Plus to family & friends

The technician showed up in the time window and quickly replaced the broken spring. The ten-year warranty is a huge plus. The technician also pointed out some things that needed repair, asked if i felt comfortable making the fixes myself, told me where I could purchase the parts, but did not try to sell the parts. The price was a little higher but I feel that I got what I paid for.
