I had a homewarranty. I made a claim because my AC stopped working, but my warranty company did not respond fast enough. I called Nero's Heating and Air and the gentleman was very polite on the phone and he Informed me that he was on the way. Well, he came and he told me what the problem was, fixed it and i paid him. All this happened in the same day. I don't need a warranty service. He was polite, professional and reasonable. Great job!

We were impressed with the services. He made an effort to be at my elderly mother’s house in the middle of a heatwave on the same day I called when her AC stopped working. Everything was fixed and he even set us up to prevent the AC from stopping the next time. Everything took place within 24 hours and he was on time both times he came.

Glenn was great! In just over 30 minutes, he had diagnosed and fixed our AC unit!

It was a great service. It was very easy to get an appointment. I need a maintenance and check the compressor and the work and service was prompt and great. I got the appointment very fast. Please do not hesitate to try this company. It is worth it!

Our A/C failed! The air handling unit ran but no cold air, and the outside condenser fan did not rotate. Julian came as scheduled. After diagnostic, he sent his senior tech. Glen to confirm. Glen stayed the whole day to change out the condenser fan motor, and routed a new thermostat conductor back to the inside unit. Our A/C is back running smoothly. Much thanks to Julian and mostly to Glen. Nero's HVAC is technically sound and more importantly honest. There is no doubt I will call Nero's again for our HVAC needs in the future.

Simply put: what other HVAC techs CANNOT figure or try to rip you off - NERO's will come, figure it out, resolve at most efficient way and provide excellent and professional HVAC support. Truly masters at their craft, and also... they are good people. Win-win package.
