Very easy to work with and professional. I will use them again.

My HVAC was so loud and draining me.
Julian from Nero’s came out to assess the
issue and freed my ears and sleepless nights. I would like to thank him and his team very very much for a super job .

Contractor was very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Only minor nit is that for inspection cost expected to receive detailed repair estimate with part #'s for insurance claim (similar to car repair estimate)

Responsive and accommodating and very knowledgeable. Would recommend for any heating and air conditioning concerns.

Great and very prompt service! My service technician was very professional and kind enough to explain exactly what the problem with my furnace was and how he was going to fix it.

Very responsive with great customer service. My tenant's heat went out when the temps dropped to 25 degrees. Julian was able to come same day (on a Sunday) and was ahead of scheduled. Even though the furnace was over 30 years old, Julian was able to get it back up and running until such time as I can replace it within the next month. Lifesaver!

Julian was fast and fixed the problem, but I have 2 problems with him:

1. I hired him for a consultation, he fixed the issue without explaining the cost. I was on a conference call and within 20-25 minutes, Julian was done with the fixes. He should have explained the cost before making any repairs.

2. He overcharged me! Even after he gave me $130 discount, it was still very expensive. I know that because I called other professionals after Julian left and they all gave me a better price.

2 days after the service, Mr. Julian quoted me for another repair I needed(replacing the inducer motor), his price was $627, I hired another professional and it was replaced for $375.

So if you want to be overcharged, then hire Julian.

Julian identified the problem very quickly, and took action to fix it.

Tech showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. The replacement cost was a little out of my budget but he was very polite and offered to work with me. I would definitely recommend Nero to friends and family

Quick response. I can't speak on the effectiveness of the repair because the problem happens intermittently. Julian gave me two referrals to fix other things that I was concerned about.
