Amazing customer service! Just Fantastic!

It was a great service. It was very easy to get an appointment. I need a maintenance and check the compressor and the work and service was prompt and great. I got the appointment very fast. Please do not hesitate to try this company. It is worth it!

Our A/C failed! The air handling unit ran but no cold air, and the outside condenser fan did not rotate. Julian came as scheduled. After diagnostic, he sent his senior tech. Glen to confirm. Glen stayed the whole day to change out the condenser fan motor, and routed a new thermostat conductor back to the inside unit. Our A/C is back running smoothly. Much thanks to Julian and mostly to Glen. Nero's HVAC is technically sound and more importantly honest. There is no doubt I will call Nero's again for our HVAC needs in the future.

The service was very quick and efficient.

My AC Capacitor went out and I needed help quickly. Julian responded early in the morning and was at my home. He assessed the issue. Changed the part and my AC was back in business.

My air conditioner wasn’t working and I contacted Nero’s Heating and Air to determine why my AC wasn’t working, and I explained that I have Asthma, and that the tech needed to arrive on Sunday, or I could wind up in the emergency room. My AC is now repaired and I thank him for resolving my AC issue.
