I received a direct mail quote for my rental for a good price last year, so I decided to give them a call and talked to Liz, I end up buying my own house, rental property and auto insurance from Liz since she gave me a good price code on all. I haven't made any claim yet but from the amount of time I have to deal with Liz, I have gotten good service from her and definitely will recommend her to anyone who needs insurance.

I logged in my YELP account to write a review for Western Gold Insurance. To my amazement, I couldn't believe how many bad reviews they received. For first timers, who is looking to use an insurance agency, don't believe everything you read. I read all the reviews, and most of the complaints were about people getting insurance solicitations in the mail, and wanted to be off the mailing list! I received the same solicitation in the mail, and decided to give them a call. Let me tell you, they (Liz) picked up the phone right away. In 15 minutes, I gave her all my information, and she said that she'll get back with me tomorrow with the quotes. THE VERY NEXT DAY, I received in writing my insurance quotes. The quotes were lower than my current carrier (Farmers), so I signed up for the new policy, and saved some BUCKS!!! Over all, Liz was very courteous and helpful. If you want to save some $$$, going through Western Gold Insurance should be your first choice.

I've been using a large auto insurance company for as many years as I can remember. Recently, I received my policy renewal and the rates had increased substantially. I decided to call Western Gold to compare rates and spoke with Becky. Not only did she save me money on my auto insurance, but also on homeowner's insurance. I owned rentals in Southern Calif, love to working with Wester Gold Insurance, they always offer me the best rates in the area, quick resposnes and support. You will never have to deal with an automatic phone service!!

My experience with Western Gold Insurance was great, I dealt with Liz , B. I received a mailer for home insurance, when I called them Liz answered the phone and looked up the best rate and best company for me and it was half the price I was paying with State Farm with the same coverage, I was amazed at the speed and great service I received from Liz, even the next day when I called her to ask a question it was two minutes to five pm, she was on her way out but she took time to answer my question for like 10 min, I really appreciated her working with me as a customer and not looking at me in just dollar signs.

We have purchased several insurance policies through Liz Bautista at Western Gold Insurance Agency. She has always provided outstanding, responsive service and the insurance coverage seems to be excellent at very reasonable premiums. We couldn't be more pleased with the service and product. We have switched all our insurance policies to Western Gold.

I have never had a better experience with buying insurance from any other company out there then with Western Gold. I have always shopped with Allstate, State Farm, Farmers, etc. knowing that they are nationwide carriers, but thought, why am I paying so much ? With the helpful and well knowledgeable Agents I was able to get auto insurance for less then half of my old carrier.
