No one has ever explained coverage better than your agents at Western Gold. We had no idea the risk we were taking with our California Earthquake Authority policy. AIG Private Client earthquake policy was so much better and it covers our stone walls, walkway, and dock. It is also nice to know AIG has adequate reserves to pay 100% of future losses.

We do not usually open our mail, but when I read your most informative letter, I had to call. I am certainly glad, because our savings, increased coverage, and new Umbrella Policy are really nice after two years of bad news. I sent your letter to my agent. He surprisingly said it was all true. He apologized for not being able to offer the same coverage. He hoped we would stay, but he understood if we left.
