Very good so far!

They were fast, professional and courteous.

Dr. Keenan dagnosed my condition, gave clear information and advice, most importantly she did not seem rushed or distracted, really looked and listened, so I felt she was focused on all the information necessary to assess accurately. Also I appreciated that she was not interested in any unnecessary procedures. There was a wait but that is well worth it and only because each patient gets Dr. Keenan’s attention.

Dr. Keenan is a truly caring and excellent ENT. She has helped me many times over the years. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

In addition to diagnosing my ailment, she was able to also get me in for a hearing test during my visit. This is usually unheard of in other doctor's offices, where you often times have to come back a different day, etc. I loved how efficient my appointment was. Thank you!
