I object to rating a highly skilled professional like a restaurant or a mail order transaction.

I have trust in Dr. Keenan to examine the issue and recommend a next steps.

It was really smooth and everyone was nice.

I had a very positive experience. The wait was short, action was taken immediately (a hearing test) and options were discussed.

I made choices about my own treatment, and the physician understood and respected my decisions.

My only critique was a recommendation for a test that would not be necessary given my history and the current explanation of my condition.

But I would definitely give this provider an A and would see her again.

Dr Keenan was clear and direct with what she was doing and why. She was also very clear with what the issues were.

After suffering for almost 3 years with this problem, she was able to determine the cause and offer and implement a solution the 1st time I saw her. After numerous doctors had failed to help me.

Dr. Keenan listened to my questions and comments, explained what she saw in the exam and explained her findings. She was pleasant.

The wait to see her was long -- the appoint was for 2:50 PM, I arrived 20 minutes early as requested on the website. I saw the doctor at 3:40 PM. The waiting area not crowded, but a lot of conversation.
