I worked with Global Resources, and our consultant, Sarah Lewis, was incredibly helpful. She took the time to understand our business and provided clear steps to improve our operations. Thanks to her guidance, we’ve already seen improvements in efficiency and profitability.

We had a really good experience with Global Resources and more specifically Dean. He was able to provide useful advice but more importantly he explained and showed us how to make it a reality. Most of the time consulting companies just hand you are report and you never hear from them again. This was not the case with global resources. Their team was professional yet still easy to work with, making the whole process as painless as possible.

Lindseys knowledge of accounting and quickbooks has really helped us overhaul our accounting department. Our longtime CFO retired a couple of months ago and we have yet to replace her. We needed someone to come in and bring things up to modern standards and help us fill the position. This is where Lindseys help was integral to the success of finding a new CFO. I feel like we are in a much better position now and we can finally start interviewing to fill the position. Prior we had people come in and they were not interested in taking over a mess.

On the financial side, they were able to help us implement weekly reporting. This will allow us to have a better idea to where we are standing on the numbers and know which jobs are and are not profitable. This is a big deal because of the way we bid out projects. Being able to have concrete numbers on which prior and current jobs are losing or making us money allows us to be smarter with how we bid new jobs. It will allow us to implement tighter guidelines when looking for new work and hopefully totally eliminate us from taking on money losing projects in the future. I'll be able to better cost and track jobs and profitability in real time. I feel like we are in a much better position now than when we first started with Global Resources.
