Working with this group of consultants has been a game changer for my business
over the last few months. I am very pleased with the results.

I wanted to say thank you to Steve and everyone at global resources for all they help they have provided over the last couple of weeks. I found the information and training worth our time and money. I am glad we were able to have them work on site with our staff and look forward to seeing how the changes we have made will impact our business moving forward. By no means was this an inexpensive process but one I am confident will pay for itself over the long run.

The first few days were a little overwhelming. But our consultant Alex's patience and persistence have helped us through one of the more difficult chapters in our companies history. We have learned several new tactics top help us streamline the company and better track our labor costs and expenses. This has helped us deal with increased workload of our new projects. It should also help us better bid on projects in the future. Overall I feel like this was an extremely positive experience and I would not hesitate to bring them back in if the need ever arises.

Over the last year or two we have been having major profitability issues. Even taking into account the cost of materials and inflation we find ourselves falling behind our competitors. The amount of frustration and loss of sleep this has caused has been great. We originally hired global resources to help us with a business plan and to secure financing to help us through our issues. They ended up working with us on some of our core issues well passed what our original scope was and I am thankful for their help. Hopefully over the coming months we can turn things around and I can leave a much more positive update here.

Fulfilled the terms of our engagement and within the estimated time frame. Not the cheapest company but the quality and customer service more than makeup for the premium you may pay in hourly rate.

Global was pretty integral to the success we have had over the last year. With their help we have been able to scale up our operations for the increase in demand over that time. The help they provided in moving out sales process online was probably the biggest key to our success. We had almost no experience with our new platform and they were able to help us steer clear of any mistakes on the on boarding. Thanks again

We were lucky we found Global when we did, The last few months have been a nightmare since we let our last bookkeeper go. We needed someone to come in and figure out how badly things had been managed and tell us what we needed to do to fix them. Thankfully Global sent a couple of really top notch people to work out of our office and clean up this mess. I am not sure we could have figured this all out without them.

Billing was fair for the amount of work we had done. Our consultant Jason worked with our team onsite for over two weeks and could have probably billed us for more than what he did. It felt like he had a real vested interest in our success. The amount of ground we were able to accomplish would not have been possible without Thomas and all the hard work he put in. I am confident that we will have him back at some point in the future.

we hired this company to help out with some QB issues and why our inventory system was not properly syncing with our sales department. The issue only took them a couple of days to fix and we were not pressured into any additional services nor did they drag out the work they did do.

Our consultant Thomas went out of his way to work with our staff to come up with a list of our most pressing issues and a plan on how to tackle them. The whole process only took a few weeks and Thomas was comfortable enough to work on site which probably cut down how many hours we were billed.

Our consultant Garry has helped us with some issues we have been having related to our growth over the last 4 years. We had been so focused on fulfillment and keeping our clients happy we neglected some of the basic bookkeeping and general business structure tasks a healthy company should be performing. This meant that we ended up eating into our margins and running into cash flow issues. We never had these issues in prior years when business was slower and we could focus more on the details. He helped us setup a cash management tool that could forecast our cash needs ahead of time and keep us out of trouble. We now pay way more attention to budgets and if need be we delay the start of new projects. While it may cause the occasional issue with a client it has allowed us to be much more profitable and secure in our continued growth.

Very professional and honest. They took the time to do a thorough business
valuation. We were happy with the results and changes they advised.

About what I expected when I agreed to have them do our valuation. They were attentive and answered all of our questions and had no issue with explaining specific items in detail. I had to have them correct a small issue that we discovered a week after they had completed everything and they had no issue making the requested changes.

The consultant I have been working with at Global Resources is extremely
professional, transparent, and helpful. Without his help, I don’t know if my business would have stayed

I would like to express my thanks to Global Resources and more importantly Lawrence for everything they have been able to accomplish over the past few months. They were able to provide me with information about my business that I did not even know existed. Financial tools, balance sheets, cash flow charts are just some of the tools I now utilize. I know it sounds crazy that we never used these prior but as a family run business we never put much time into organization. Lawrence was able to provide us with many different way to cut our overhead and increase our bottom line. This was crucial since over the past few months we were struggling just to make payroll.

Global really helped us our with some training issues we were having. We had them come in and help us figure out what was going wrong and to help us craft a new program that would let us better prepare our new hires for what they would encounter in the field.

Our consultant was very patient with us which was good because we were in over our head. We took over a family run business from our father just over two years ago after his poor health was causing him issues. What we thought was a profitable thriving business was actually a mess that had been slowly losing more and more money. We decided to call in some outside help to figure out what went wrong over the last few years. John was able to help us make sense of the financials and show us in an easy to digest way what exactly was going wrong and how we could fix it.

thankfully we made the right decision with hiring global on. we were in need of some help and ever since the end of last year we were having issues making payroll. Our first thought was to trim our overhead but with the amount of projects we have going that was not an option. we were somehow losing money and we could not really get a grasp on why. global was able to come in and help us figure out exactly what was going on and how to fix it. as it turns out most of our issues were labor cost related but not in the way we originally thought. it turned out that the changes we made in how we schedule out our projects was causing unintended issues with our hourly labor costs. we were somehow now spending 200% more on OT than previous years. now armed with this info we were able to come up with a plan to help lower the costs and return to profitability.

I don't really have much to say other than they came and did what we asked them to which to date no other company was able to do. I would like to specifically thank the consultant that worked with us onsite. I know its not easy these days.

we were in need of some help with planning an exit strategy for our father and his business. It was always the plan for us to take over but no one really knew what that would look like. Global was able to come in and help us nail down what the succession plan would look like.
