We were dealing with some issues related to one of our founders deciding to retire. We called in GR to help us come up with a succession plan and to figure out the best way forward during this transition. We felt like we had real partners working with Sean and his team. Most of the time was spent with Sean on site and that made the world of difference. We would have managed no matter what but I can honestly say that everything went much smoother than I had originally expected.

Working with Global Resources has been an eye-opening experience. Their team possesses an in-depth understanding of various industries, and their advice helped us navigate through a complex transition of acquiring two new locations. From revamping our marketing strategies to streamlining our operations, their expertise has made a significant positive impact and the transition smoother than anyway anticipated.

Sean and his team have been instrumental in our turn around. It has not always been easy and at times I was frustrated with the whole process but in the end the results were worth it. I can not argue with their tactics as in our case it was just what we needed. They worked well with our team and over the course of two months they were able to help us revamp both our sales and forecasting processes. This was a big deal because over the last few years we have become less competitive. We were losing market share to smaller newer companies. Without these changes I am not sure how much longer we would be in business. Thanks again for all the help and support.

We initially hired Global Resources to help us transition back to some of our previous operational processes. They were invaluable with this task and I would have no issue with recommending them to anyone.

I would say we were more than satisfied with the results of the last two projects with global resources. A couple of years ago we had them in to help us with a succession plan after one of our founders was toying with the idea of retirement. We recently had them back in to help us organize and streamline two new locations we had acquired.

Thomas was able to help us navigate a tough time after our father passed away. He started our business over 40 years ago and we felt lost with how we could be able to carry on his legacy. We never had any type of succession plan made because it was an unexpected event. Even so Thomas was able to come in and help us figure out our next steps. Our goal is to keep the business family owned and operated and after almost 6 weeks of working with Thomas I finally feel like it is possible. I can one hundred percent say that without his help we would have probably already sold the company.

Over the last year we have worked with James V of Global Resources. He has been a huge help across all parts of our business. Not only is he personable and pleasant to be around, but is extremely knowledgeable with Quickbooks and databases. He has been able to help us clean up our charge of accounts, project future cash flow, and has showed us how to make scientific decisions based on extracted data vs. decisions based on feeling. James also helped us develop realistic goals, with steps on how to achieve them, all while helping the bottom line. We know we have a lot to implement, but it is nice to know that James is willing to help us with follow up email, and continued monitoring, so we know we have help as we continue to grow.

We brought in global resources to help us define and implement new processes, systems and reporting tools necessary to expanding our service area. We have attempted to increase our services area a few times in the past and to put it mildly it was a disaster. I knew we needed outside help to make sure we did not make the same mistakes as before. It has been over six weeks since we first brought in Global Resources and more specifically Lisa. I still can not believe how much ground we have covered over that timespan. With Lisa's help we over hauled almost all operations from top to bottom. They have been the first outside company we have brought in that actually made good on their promises.

I became a believer after the first week working with Thomas. I was initially skeptical about bringing in outside people and of the whole process in general. With his help I was able to finally fix a few problem areas which had plagued us for years. Some of the issues were a simple as general reporting and as complex as forecasting project margins. In total we worked with Thomas for over three months on and off. It was a pleasant experience and I thank him for all his help and patience.

Our experience with Global Resources was positive. Their guidance not only helped stabilize our cash flow but also come up with a realistic business plan for expansion. We have long been toying with the idea of increasing our service area and with their help I think it is achievable. They pointed out to us that we were relying too much on outside contractors to cover labor shortages which in turn killed our margins and cashflow. Their team was professional and their forward-thinking approach helped us solve our labor and scheduling issues.

I just have to say the Global Resource team was amazing. Their team is dedicated, hardworking, and always took the time to explain everything in detail. The honesty and professionalism they displayed were a breath of fresh air when compared to other companies we worked with. Their business analysis and planning really helped get our growth back on track. I can't stress enough how important it is to have a team you can trust, and they've exceeded all expectations.

Global Resources helped us secure our ERC credits. We had previously worked with another company and it was a nightmare. If it wasn't for Global I can honestly say we probably would have not been able to complete the process. Whenever I had a question they were always available with an answer and an explanation. We will probably end up having them come back in to help us in other areas.

Most of the people I have had the pleasure to work with were not only experts in their fields, but they also excelled in collaboration and communication. They coordinated extensively with us to put the right individuals in the right jobs, and they continued to offer support to make sure everyone was giving their best effort. They felt like a member of our team, and we are certain that we can rely on in the future if we have any questions or concerns.

We've worked with a lot of consultants and businesses over the years, but GR really stood out. Their team was hardworking and professional, and they really knew how to get things done. The business analysis and planning they provided us with was a game-changer. We were able to identify new opportunities for growth and optimize our operations to achieve our goals. But what really sets them apart is their honesty and trustworthiness. We knew we could trust them every step of the way, and that's why we'll continue to work with them in the future.

Connecting and hiring Global Resources was the smartest decision we made this year. Their consultant was exceptional and provided us with excellent guidance and support in a difficult matter. It was only due to their involvement that we were able to solve the issue.

For the last couple of months, I have worked with Dennis from Global Resources and his professionalism was much appreciated. He was incredibly hardworking, dedicated and actually cared about our success. His honesty and transparency in his approach set him apart from others I have worked with in the past. He provided us with a business plan for success that was detailed and informative, and his guidance has been invaluable to our growth.

I had the pleasure of working with Derrick from Global Resources, and I have to say, I was impressed. He was professional, well-spoken, and was diligent. He was always timely and efficient, and honest with me about what was possible.

When the engagement was said and done I personally spent over 100 hours working directly with Aaron. He helped me put the important aspects of my business into focus. Seeing everything in black and white was a sobering experience. It was helpful in seeing what our core strengths were and which services we wanted to give a second thought to. We were able to discontinue offering services that didn't make us money. This both streamlined our processes and also helped lower our labor costs. This alone was worth the cost of our time spent with Global.
