I loved it. They were quick and easy. I pulled in and they got right to work, the waiting area is very comfortable and I enjoyed how communicative they were about when my car would be ready.

Nick was very attentive to my concern and helped me quickly find somewhere to take my meeting. He estimated based on work being done what time I would be finished and he was correct. He was upfront with the cost and provided me with best rates based on the work being done. Thank you for being honest and knowledgeable about what I needed. Today I got my oil changed & this was my third time coming to this bmw location & they haven’t let me down yet. As soon as I pulled up I was greeted.with a warm welcome and a smile. Everyone was polite and made my wait easy and relaxing. I will say coming from the bmw in Alpharetta, Georgia I’m spoiled because that location has a full soft drink, coffee and Snack bar with a bar tender. But over all I will keep coming to this location because I’m treated with respect.

James explains the repair process clearly and concisely. He also ensured I received all the information regarding upcoming repairs in a timely manner. Excellent representative of Zeigler BMWz. Very much appreciated.

Service was excellent. Had a small mix up but Cory worked to resolve it in the best interest of his customer, which is very much appreciated!
