I received a ticket during a sting that the Sheriff's Department had set up on Oak Ridge Road. I was one of 25 cars that was pulled over and ticketed. I felt violated. I was very impressed with the service of this law firm. I was stopped by a rude and petulant police officer who believed he was right about everything. I felt that my lawyer was going to have trouble fighting the traffic tickets in court. Fortunately, I hired this law firm and the attorney was able to get all my traffic tickets dismissed. I depend on my car to get to and from work. I cannot afford to have my license suspended. Public transportation is grossly inadequate in Orlando. i was not paid by skubiak & rivas to post this review im and acutal person and was and actual client. have been a client for the past 5 years. i guess you cant make everybody happy. but this guys truly are the best and if anyone can get you good results it would be this guys. i would completely trust them hands down before picking any other attorney.

I decided to go with Skubiak and Rivas, based on reviews i read on the internet. Boyyy was I disappointed when they sent me an email today. To explain it clearly: IF i hadn't chosen these guys, I would have to pay around $400+$40 easy online course=$440 for no points. WITH their "efforts" I now have to pay $455(includes their $130 fee)+$80 course=$535!!!!! THAT DOESN'T include the EIGHT HOUR MANDATORY CLASS I NOW HAVE TO ATTEND!!!!(as opposed to four hour online). Wow, they suck. Really really bad! I can't believe people wrote good reviews, they must be hired professionals that write good reviews to make the company get business.

They were fast, efficient and very pleasant to work with under such stressful circumstances. They took our information and send us the necessary information requesting what they needed and telling us what we needed to know which is so much more than we could get from anyone else. They were very professional. We would not only recommend them but use them again in a heartbeat.
