I was very impressed with the service of this law firm. I was stopped by a rude and petulant police officer who believed he was right about everything. I felt that my lawyer was going to have trouble fighting the traffic tickets in court. Fortunately, I hired this law firm and the attorney was able to get all my traffic tickets dismissed. I depend on my car to get to and from work. I cannot afford to have my license suspended. Public transportation is grossly inadequate in Orlando. I do not know what I would have done if my license had been suspended. I am very glad I hired this law firm.

My son received a careless driving ticket for a wreck on a rain slick I4. Thankfully no one was injured. He only damaged his car. Actually, he totaled his less than one year old Honda Civic. Skubiak & Rivas went to court and had the ticket dismissed. YEAH! No points and no additional fines! The office and staff were very friendly and helpful. Great work. Thanks!

I've never hired a lawyer before and was a bit wary, but couldn't have asked for a better outcome. I was facing a huge fine and my case ended up getting dismissed. The process was super easy -- one phone call. That's it. And I didn't have to show up in court, didn't have to worry about it at all. I wasn't expecting this good of a result but was thrilled and relieved. The only downside was when I called the office a few days after the court date to get the result, I talked to about three different people and was put on hold for about 15 minutes before they told me they wouldn't know the outcome for a few more days. That was frustrating. But my first call went great so it may just have been a fluke.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone who gets a ticket, I got a citation for careless driving contacted their office and the customer service was great, they kept me updated, and most of all they did what they said they would and that's to make the citation disappear, no points, school, or record of the citation

I first used Skubiak and Rivas when i received my second speeding ticket. They got the ticket off my record and no points to my license. I was very happy with the results sowhen I got a DUI charge I immediately went to them first. Robert Skubiak got my DUI charge reduced to reckless driving and no licence suspension. He was incredibly professional and tenaciously fought my DUI case in court. I was very happy with the results given the fact that I was facing possible jail time, license suspension, steep fines and possible loss of my job if I had gotten convicted.
