This is a great company to live at. They are very helpful and caring. Clean and they keep it looking good all the time. If you have a problem they fix it right away. I highly recommend living here.

Have lived at Embassy for 3 years and love it. It is in a great location off highway 65, so you are not far from Springfield. There is also the convenience of having a Pricecutter grocery store just a 5 min walk away. For coffee lovers there is now a Mudhouse coffee, an awesome local company, across the highway.

Long term resident here. Have lived here for most of my life and have no major complaints. Pricing is affordable and you get what you pay for.

Embassy is such a nice quiet area that I feel safe living in. It's right outside of Springfield and just off the highway so I am able to travel quickly and it's at as low a price you will find for a one bedroom!

Embassy is a great place to live! I have renewed my lease & am starting my 3rd year here. The grounds are well taken care of, it is quiet, & the staff is kind. There are places within walking distance such as grocery store, church, convenience store, pizza & restaurants. The local police department patrols the area vigilantly.

Just signed our fourth lease and couldn't be happier! Highly recommended rental space with quick maintenance response time and excellent staff!

Embassy Ozark is the second complex owned by The Wooten Company that I’ve lived in and I love it! Layouts are always great and are always kept clean outdoors! Would highly recommend!

Living in the community of Ozark is so great. We love how the town has everything we need, and a lot of it is walking distance from our Apartment. We live next to the highway but don't find it to be noisy at all. We are loving living here. Getting ready to start year nine!

I have lived in Embassy Apartments for several years and enjoyed it. They keep the property clean and well maintained. They allow pets which is nice and have all kinds of amenities for people who live here.

I love living here. Moving here with my little family was a great idea. I love the layout of my apartment and I love the landlord she is great at what she does. Howver I feel like more staff on this property would Benifit this place so much!
