nice place to live:)!!!!!

We have rented through Wooten Co at the Ozark Embassy Apartments for 5 years now. Their application process was simple and we were approved in 2 days. We love the location and their property manager Desiree, she’s always very helpful and friendly! We are pleased with their maintenance staff, as well as everything being up to date and well maintained. I feel that the price is fair for the location and everything it entails. I would encourage others to rent from Wooten Co, I couldn’t imagine renting from anyone else.

Going on our 4th year renting here and we love it! Super spacious, close to Springfield, and friendly staff! I highly recommend renting here!

We have lived in the embassy apartments in Ozark for a while now and we love it. It is quiet, dog friendly, kid friendly, the up keep is good and the property manager is amazing!

Location is excellent, close to springfield and a short drive from Branson. Several places to eat food in the immediate vicinity. Relatively quiet community

Have lived at Embassy for 2 years and love it. It is in a great location off Highway 65, so you are not far from Springfield. There is also the convenience of having a Pricecutter grocery store just a 5-minute walk away.

Embassy Ozark is a great place to live. Very clean and updated.

I have lived here since 2020 and I absolutely love it here. Buildings are nice and they keep it up well. Staff is very friendly. Pool is great and my kid loves the playground. Also very close to different resturants.

I love living at Embassy apartments!! I just renewed my lease for a 4th year!! My apartment is still a perfect fit for me and my daughters. We love all of the amenities and the super convenient location. The manager and maintenance man are very friendly, professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend making these apartments your new home!!

I have lived at the Embassy for the last year and just renewed my lease. I have been pleased with living gin Embassy. You don't get the same quality and price as other apartments. They are clean, quiet, and kept up well. I love how close it is to Springfield as well.

I have been living here for over 14 years now and I recommend these apartments. They are pet friendly and conveniently located near many stores and businesses, most of which are within walking distance.

I have lived at the Embassy Apartments in Ozark for almost a year and my boyfriend and I love it here! It is located in a great place close to necessities and easy highway access. It is a quiet community and offers great amenities including pool, gym, and washer and dryers. The best part is that we get to have our two furry friends here with us!

The apartments here are great! They are clean and spacious. It's also nice to have a pool in the summer.

The community had a lot of amenities and is in a great location. I love this place! The office staff is outstanding. Desiree (manager) and her team go out of their way to make living here pleasant! They are always friendly and efficiently resolve whatever my concern is. Maintenance is fabulous. They fix whatever is wrong usually the day I put in the request. If you need to rent, please check it out.The Halloween and Christmas contest for best patio is fun.
