I have lived at Ozark embassy apartments for a couple years now. The apartments are nice. The internet is fast and free. It’s a pet friendly place. Parking can be ght, but other than that I have no complaints.

👍 Great place to live and I'm happy with the upkeep and the tenant care they provide. They fixed my AC unit when it went out, no charge to me. Perfect location for me and my job to drive and commute to places.
**EDIT** 10/21/2022 - I'm still really happy about living here with the locations being perfect for me and all the local business surrounding. They just resurfaced the whole parking lot and do a good job keeping up maintenance on the grounds. Happy to be here!
**EDIT** 11/3/2023 - As a current resident still, I'm quite pleased with how well everything is still maintained and managed on all fronts. Good communication between the leasing office management and the residents whenever there are issues that arise or PSAs that are helpful like when the office will be closed or repair work done to utilities.

This is a nice clean community. Living here at Embassy has been great. I just renewed my lease. It's quiet & the amenities are plentiful. Law enforcement lives here sometimes & I feel safe here.

I just signed for another year here at the apartments! Embassy Ozark is in the perfect location being close to Springfield, but out of the chaos. The apartments are kept pretty clean, staff is super friendly, and if there is ever a problem they are quick to fix it. I highly recommend these apartments.

We just renewed our lease for our fourth year living here at the Embassy Apartments in Ozark and we are still just as happy with everything as we were when we first moved in! The community is amazing, and the staff is prompt to solve any issues we have. Even when our office is closed, the answering service is always super helpful and able to answer all of our questions. We have had varying experiences renting from companies before but renting from The Wooten Company has by far been the best apartment experience.

Embassy Ozark apartments are the perfect place to live! Clean, well-kept, safe and quiet. The management and staff are always helpful, quick to respond, attendtive and friendly. Highly recommended!

I just started my 4th year here and it has been wonderful the whole time (with one exception of a neighbor's noisy dog that was quickly resolved). Maintenance is quick to respond and easy to request, and the manager has always been friendly and easy to talk to. The apartment itself is huge, and I love the layout. Definitely would recommend!

My boyfriend and I just renewed for our second year at the Embassy Ozark Apartments. We are really impressed with the quality and upkeep of these apartments compared to others you can find in Springfield for way more in rent. The office is great about messaging back fast. Maintenance is speedy and efficient with their fixes and the community is so welcoming. Parking can be a little iffy, but it is easily over looked by a lot of other great qualities these apartments have. We will definitely be staying here for a while.

Grounds are well-kept. Property manager is very responsive, and staff responds well to maintenance requests.

Great place to live! I just re-signed my lease for my second year. Apartments are well maintained, quiet neighbors and has a good location.

Lived here for a year and have had no issues. Included pool and WiFi is nice to have and only one wall is shared with neighbors so I haven't had many noise disturbances.

Great location and price. Walking distance to several restaurants, a grocery store, and our church. Easy driving access to Springfield. Very close to HWY 65.

Overall a great place to stay! Nice and clean apartment. Friendly and helpful staff that respond in a timely manner. Safe and convenient community. Parking can be an inconvenience at times, but never to the point where you cannot find a parking spot.

These apartments are amazing! The process to get in was so easy. We have loved every minute of living there this past year. They are roomy and on the cheaper side compared to other places. Plus the facility is beautiful! Plenty of outdoor space to walk our dog!

We enjoy living here. It is close to the highway and conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. It is quiet, well maintained, and affordable.
