Carl was great!! Prompt. Efficient and listenened careful to my needs

They were quick to respond to my requests and very informative during their routine upkeep. I had noticed an increase in insects after doing to yard work near the front of my house. They proposed a quick and effective solution and addressed my concerns, as I have two young children (3 and 1) as well as a dog. Will absolutely continue to use them.

Wyatt was our technician today and during the last visit. He was very thorough and gave advice for future treatments to follow up on a project we are having done with our home.

Jeremy Bottoms was our Technician. Jeremy took the time to listen to our concerns about the different types of insects we are seeing in and outside of our home. He was very courteous and took extra precautions while spraying around the inside of our home, with a busy household of 2 children and 2 dogs. Jeremy also fully explained what treatments he used both prior to and after his service. We are looking forward to a insect free home.

Bill Hawkins was punctual, knowledgeable, & extremely courteous. He took his time, and was thorough even in this abnormally frigid weather. The company is lucky to have such a dedicated professional.

I was made aware of this company by a family member that had an ant problems, such as I did. I was advised that the initial treatment was a $99 special depending on the results, then I would either agree and sign a contract or not sign because I did not want the service. After the initial treatment, I noticed ants in the home, as well as other insects which I was advised by the technician that I should not see any bugs. I called the next day and advised. A tech was sent back out 5 weeks later, with no notice and her demanded payment. I told him that I was not happy with service and he said if you don't want the service, then I have to pay the full price for the trial service. the tech left. Another came about a week later, again, no notice. He asked for payment, I refused. The second tech advised that they do not use the 'strong stuff' unless you complain. I was harassed and provided inaccurate information. Told them I should not have to pay for a service that I do not want and did not have. They continued to harass. I told them I was going to file a complaint. I would make payments, but I should not have to. When I told the person that I spoke with last, woman, about the less stronger chemical used, she said that he was fired.

Derek R was my tech yesterday. He is a personable, friendly guy. He gave me some tips to look out for around the property and explained why his ideas were good for my situation. I hope he becomes my regular tech.

Charles was my most recent service pro. He was very thorough, answered all my questions, offered suggestions, and was friendly and courteous.

Lionel Weller came and serviced our home and was polite and seemed to know what he was talking about and did an excellent job.

My technician was Terrill Miller and he was very professional and polite. He came to my door, introduced himself and explained why he was there and what he would do. I watched him do his work and he was very exceptional. I am pleased with him and Aptive.

Excellent pest control system. Courteous technicians and neat and clean operation. Arrive on time with proper advance notice.

Very pleased with the service I received from Richard. I mentioned two areas of concern and he made sure to address these issues. I haven't seen the two spiders or their webs since the treatment last month!

Jackie Zastrow was here yesterday for a quarterly service. She called 30 minutes in advance and was very friendly, professional, and on time. She went around and checked for bees nests, as I know we had at least one up high.

I've been using Aptive for about a year after switching from another company. Christopher Tame is my service rep and does a great job. Very professional, friendly and takes the time to listen and explain treatment for all of my areas of concern.

Jackie Zastrow went above and beyond a service call to my home to help me straighten out a billing issue I had. Over the past month I left multiple messages via phone and voiced my concern to several other service reps who came to my home regarding the issue with no resolution. I thought I would try one last time and mentioned it to Jackie. Within 15 minutes she had it straightened out. Thank you so much Jackie. I hope your company values your commitment.

Far exceeded my expectations: Chris asked me appropriate questions in order to understand my particular problems and gave me good information. I was very pleased with his service and look forward to continuing with Aptive.
