I had some issues with pests even after the regular service was done. I spoke to the customer care and they sent
JaquanLane. He did a thorough job. He patiently listened to all my concerns and took care of it. I would highly recommend Aptive.

Rick Wimer gave a great first impression. Very professional and explained all procedures and answered all my questions. Connor McLaughlin as Route Manager was also very impressive and accommodating. Look forward to a good relationship with this company.

From initial cold call by Jonathan to completed service by Bill H, I was impressed with these young professionals. I typically do not have a favorable impression with the younger generation but these guys instilled confidence with their honesty, hard work and professionalism. I will recommend Aptive to friends and family.

Stacy Jijon did our most recent service in an outstanding manner. She removed the remnants of an old wasp nest that we could not get down. She went over our pest issues and provided snail/slug treatment that was not on her to-do list. She also double checked our account and provided vole traps that we had signed up for and which were also not on her to-do list. She showed a willingness to spend as much time as necessary to ensure that we were happy with our Aptive service. A truly an outstanding person and a real asset for Aptive!

I think the stars say it all - they know their stuff and are very professional. The only thing I'd change is being able to know a time window for arrival, and an easy way to send a message to the person servicing the house in case I'm not going to be here.

Joe S came first application. Loved his photoshopped fleas he called camel spiders. I picked aptive as I am concerned about my dogs. One cannot get vacines, rabies shots, distemper because of a immune disease.

My name is Mark B and I'm writing this review regarding Laquan Lane. Laquan really goes out of his way to do a fantastic job. He explains what he's going to do and goes about his business. Upon completion of his work, Laquan always asks if there is anything else that needs done. He's great with my dog Rocky too!
