Zachary Crane was at my house on Wednesday, Jan. 4th. He was outside and inside, very professional and did a thorough job. He was not in a hurry or rushed and explained everything in detail. I was informed of some areas of the house that needed attention that my husband and I was not aware of. I was very pleased with Zachary.

Aptive representative Zachary Cane showed up for the appointment. He was courteous and professional. He started by making sure we did not have any problems that he might need to address and then went about his work. He also complimented us on a wall fixture in our house. Stacy Jijon came in to do the quarterly service today - she went around the house, asked us where we would like to spray inside the house, went to the garage and the attic.

Stacy was very courteous and helpful.

I ordered quarterly service. The sevice people are friendly and patient, whenever they are needed to come , they will come quickly.

With the temps starting to fall, I started seeing spiders in various places in my home. Bill H. came to re-treat within a few days of my calling Aptive. It is a week later and I have only found a a few dead spiders to clean up. I am very satisfied with my experience so far. I am a new customer.

Stacy Jijon serviced our home and did a great job! She went beyond the outside spraying and removed cobwebs from my very high foyer ceilings that I just can't reach. She was also very careful around my dog to assure she didn't get near anything when servicing inside front door. Very nice lady to deal with!!

I had the pleasure of working with Jamar when he came to our home to investigate some infestation we noted in come of our window sills. Jamar was extremely professional, knowledgable and thorough in his investigation and with the treatment process. Some of the findings were rather unique and not readily identifiable. He used his smart phone and took pictures so he could take them back to the office to review. Jamar is an asset to your company and someone I could easily trust.
