I enjoy being able to work at my own pace

I like the convience of the workout and the quick in and out

I like a smaller more initmate place to workout

like Private Workout.

I like the privacy and the fact it was easy to be consistent. The trainers were always willing to help and encourage!

I love the fact that there is no wait time

It is a well rounded workout in a short period of the time. The goal and 100 workouts were also a good moivator. Now, I am on a routine and I will keep it up.

I liked the friendly staff and the privacy of the individual machine rooms

I bought a Groupon voucher and went to them, but they are to far and I didn't receive proper training on using the equipment also I use glasses to read near sighted and can't work out the fast paced they want you to keep there is very annoying, moving from room to room, write down and grabbing your stuff simply unfriendly! And they are not flexible at all! They are thief's with white globe! Unfriendly! And unprofessional since I was not properly introduce to work out. I sign up for a membership, but got fully charge for the whole term even doe I explained to them all the reasons and pretty much they say you signed you pay, we don't care!...

I love the structure of the workout and how fast it is

I liked that the gym is small and is not crowded

I love the weight machines, the friendly people, and the good music!

I love the program - when I am consistant the program works great

It is a structured workout with no guessing on what you need to do

Amazing workout. These folks make you feel like you matter. The workout is quick and you feel lke you worked your entire body! I felt like if I didn't go the next day...they'd wonder where I was..and then ask me about it. I felt important and like my health and steps I wanted to take in my life mattere!
