I enjoyed learning how to use the various weight lifting machines

Very quick and convenient workout in a private setting. You avoid the intimidation of all the machine options and pretty people at a traditional gym. Very intense and builds muscle quickly.

I liked the 30 minute weight training program and the cardio room. No waiting for machines was great!

Great program, achieved some short term goals in the little time I used.

The first machine is far from private, it is in the lobby where everyone in the parking lot can see you! When you quit they charge you big time!!! dont buy the protein drinks they pressure you into they taste awful!! Dont let them guilt you into anything!! There is NOWHERE you can simply lay on the floor and stretch which is the most important part of prevention of injury in any workout program.
