Overall, I had a great experience at DeFilippo Brothers! Chris and Jashaun were very helpful and professional.

Recently purchased a vechile thanks to my man Paul he will definitely get you driving and everything's been great

I just got off the phone with Kathy who said she couldnt do business with me anymore because of the email i sent to them back in 3/17/15 threatning to write a review here.
So here is my review. DO NOT i repeat DO NOT even consider this shop.
Below is the email I sent to them on 03/17/15 and the reason why they won't sell me a car anyomer (which is discriminatory by the way and ILLEGAL)
It is very unfortunate that information is poorly given to the customer before they come to the dealership.
I drove 45mins each way, paid toll and gas, was told to go get a PA 's driver's license ,only to get to the dealership and be denied because I have an existing car loan with TFS.
Mind you , I was only told after signing, and initialing all the paperwork.
Copies of my private information were also made and entered in the system.
I will make sure to share a copy if my review / experience with Defilippo with the online community and anyone looking to get a car through "buy here / pay here"

Bought a car in July and. Now getting the run around about repaired totally disappointed and unsatisfied now who's with me you want me to rate them negative 10 if your even thinking about them your better off with septa.

I need a full engine replacement after 8 months and they will do NOTHING for me. I have been avoided, lied to, and charged 5x the kbb price, and they will do nothing for a lemon that needs a FULL ENGINE REPLACEMENT!!!

I have had my car for a little over a month. The car has been in the shop about 5 times. The check engine light keeps coming on and it had to get a new transmission.

This is my first time buying a car. I was treated very well, they made me feel very comfortable. They also didn’t try to pressure me! If I was to purchase another car i would come back! Very nice people! Thank you!

Service was just as speedy, easy and great this time as it was the first time I bought. I will tell others to come!

I walked into the dealership thinking it would be hard to purchase a car. The sales people were the best! They really work with you and are very nice and respectable. I would recommend anybody to come here.
