Provided by YP.comi bought a car from Defillipo 3 1/2 months ago. i got the extended service warranty and i have never missed a payment and however every week the tracking device goes off..for days. even after i have made a payment. when i called to complain i was told to call the manufacturer? really. my second complaint is that i paid for my registration and have not received it. my temporary has since expired and the salesman graciously told me there is nothing that he can do about and when i call the other office the lady said "dont get pulled over" . For a dealership with several lots i felt that this was subpar customer service. i have to drive without a registration because the office screwed up. its unbelievable. the icing on the cake is that my car broke down and when i called the towing company: i was not in the system so they could not tow my car. i had to pay out of pocket for a service that i was told i had with the car. with my car in the shop; i had to call the service department hourly to find out what was going on with my car. they finally told me that i had to pay close to $600 on my car because the Extended Warrenty does not cover my fuel pump repairs. all these problems within the first 3 months. i just wish that the staff at Defilipo could be just a little nicer especially to customers who are actually making payments on time. i also feel that they should be upfront about the extended warranty that says that they do not cover electiral components of a vehicle when the majority of cars made are mainly electrical. i will never recommend this place to anyone because there is no excuse for not submitting paperwork and being noncholant about your customers problems.
