Like many of you have likely experienced, my computer revolted against me!! And even worse, I thought I lost everything! Thanks to CNC, all of my data was recovered! Mark built me a beautiful and affordable replacement and I just love it! I'm telling all of my family and friends and I'm telling you too... don't waste your time anywhere else. CNC Systems is the best!

They fix Apple products too but I don't see any mention of it on here or Google?? My neighbor referred me for my broken IPAD screen which is now working like a champ. They just fixed my MacBook too and it's running great!!

Excellent turn around time on repairs and extremely affordable! Fortunately I've only had to find that out a couple times over the years and I know I've brought in some doozies...But Cnc Systems can fix anything! Definitely highly recommended!!

There are computer "experts" then there is CNC SYSTEMS. No other company compares to the excellent service, fair pricing and quick turn around. I work out of my home and Mark appreciates my concerns for "down time"...it just doesn't happen with CNC Systems!

I have been taking my computers (several) to CNC for about three years now. Can't beat the level of expertise & the quick turnaround. I will not trust my computer repairs to anyone but CNC. They also have excellent prices on accessories such as power cords, batteries. Forget about the big box stores, CNC beats their prices every time.

Mark is excellent and knows EVERYTHING about computers. Nice people to talk with and he doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. I have known Mark since I worked at The Macomb Daily and would recommend them any day. Good local people.

I came in with a Samsung laptop that needed more money in repair work than it was worth. Mike sold me a nice Lenovo laptop that they put a new keyboard in. I had problems with it for a couple of days because somehow my browser got hijacked. Never had anything like this ever happen to me. I got Mark on the phone. He suggested that I do a system restore, or bring it in and he'd do it. Since I bought the PC as-is, I was happy that he offered to help out. I did the restore and everything is working fine now.

Mark is fantastic at what he does. He has years of experience and that gives him such an edge over the competition. He recently fixed my computer due to "many viruses" infecting it, and had it back to me in no time. Very reasonable prices and excellent customer service!

Mark keeps my laptop in great running order. If you do get a virus, he doesn't just wipe things clean he fixes the problem and saves your information. Mark will keep your cpu running efficiently v/s just throwing it away and going new and spending additional money unnecessarily

C-n-C Systems is in a class all to themselves.

I have been bringing my computer headaches here for the last 15 years. The excellent care and service I continually receive from Mark keeps me coming back! There are so many great things about CNC Systems, but by far the most beneficial service they offer is free estimates on all repairs with no obligations. I'm not the type of person you would consider "computer savvy" so headaches are all I bring to Mark. He has been honest and fair every time! I know exactly what my repairs are going to cost ahead of time, and even better, he shows me how to prevent those headaches in the future! Amazing that CNC Systems has been in the same location for 27 years and for 25 of those years I drove past weekly not aware how much they could have helped me. Two years ago a friend recommended CNC systems to rebuild my computer. The owners taught me the importance of Yearly Antivirus protection. How to use PaintShop Photo Pro for graphics. Sold a Keyboard when I wore mine out. Fair and Honest is CNC Systems and I would highly Recommend them. This from someone who is not a computer Geek.

Not sure what RebaKal is going on about, other than loving to use the word D****ebag repeatedly. I have been going to these guys for years and have never had any issues at all with service. I am not a trained IT person for over 15 years. If I was, I would hope that I could replace a motherboard on my own after puffing MY chest about how long I have been in a certain industry. Not only do I recommend this place to friends and family, I also see and hear others do the same. There's a reason why this place has been around for 20 odd years and other storefronts in the surrounding area disappear overnight (seemingly). These guys KNOW what they are doing. Judging by the continued use of namecalling from the previous poster, I am pretty sure I would have blown them off too (if this even happened). Either way, I stand by their quality of work and pretty much figure that if you are someone who brags about being a mechanic for 15 years and still bring your car in to be fixed by someone else, you must not be a very good mechanic.

These guys came highly recommended to me and I will continue to spread the word! They don't beat around the bush; they are honest and have the best prices in the area. For repairs, they beat the big chains hands down and you just can't beat their free estimates. No more will I spend $100+ to have Best Buy tell me what's wrong with my laptop just to find out it's junk and that I wasted my time and money!
