If you're looking for expert service at a great price, go see Mark at CNC. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of buying a Dell laptop and printer through my employer and it turned out to be a HUGE headache when I started having problems. I spent hours working with Dell Tech Support being transferred in every direction... they were all named Mike and couldn't speak a lick of English (No joke!). Finally, fed up, I took my problems to Mark and he had me up and running the same day!! Granted, it was a problem that required a simple solution. But to avoid the hours I spent dealing with Dell over the phone, it's MUCH easier to take it to the experts just down the road who know exactly what to look for. Thanks again, Mark!

I have been going to CNC now for the last 10+ years for all of my computer needs. You just can't beat their prices and expertise! Because I'm not a very tech savvy person, it can be frustrating seeking and trusting advice. I'm glad I can put my trust in CNC and avoid the frustration of dealing with other so called "tech gurus" who just want your money. Do yourself a favor and avoid the nonsense, go to CNC the first time.

I was referred to CnC Systems by a business associate. I had lost all my business records when my hard drive crashed. But, the technician at CnC told me he believed he could retrieve it. And, he did. He saved me tons of time and effort trying to reconstruct my records from paper. And the price was unbelievably low for the amount of time and money he saved me. I'll never even consider going anywhere else for my computer issues.

These guys are without a doubt the most knowledgeable about computers and software that I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Their service was excellent and their prices were reasonable. My hat's off to CNC Systems and I tell all my friends about them!
