My original intent was to form a relationship above all else when I began my search for a new auto. The result was very positive with Evilasio. My experience started and ended on a great note. This is the first Ford I have bought and that is saying a lot. Evilasio helped work through any problems or concerns I had which made me feel like part of the Ford family.

My lease went very smoothly and in a timely manner. My salesman, Ford Hall, listened to what I wanted and worked quickly and efficiently to make the delivery of the new Escape happen. He explained the Sync technology and set up an appointment for further instruction should it be necessary. I am extremely happy with the Escape and with Royal Oak Ford.

This was our second experience with Ford Hall. He sold us our 2009 Edge at Dean Sellers. He does not fit the model of the typical salesman, and that us a good thing! He made the experience very laid back, easy and he made sure we got what we wanted. I will be sending more business his way!
