Provided by YP.comMy 80 year old mother in law bought a brand new Fusion from this dealership a year ago and recently had a flat on one of her Michelin tires. Shocking that the service guy offered to plug it for her at a cost of $20, or order her a new tire at a cost of $250! She probably paid the full commision on this vehicle (she's too sweet to talk the guy off of the purchase price), and this car only has about 2000 miles on it. She also paid cash, which she saved for several years. I bought my Explorer from the dealer and I will not be back after this incident. Shame on you guys. The tire should be plugged at NO cost and if the tire needs to be replaced it should be for either NO cost or a proration. The car is under warranty and the tire is brand new. A car wash thrown in would also be a nice gesture and a courtesy shuttle back and forth is also a great CUSTOMER SERVICE idea.
