Nick and Sabastian came out this afternoon to do our first treatment, they were very thourogh and professional! I appreciated that they were on time and I didn't have to wait around wondering when they would get here. And I appreciated that they checked everything since we have children.

David G. - Today was our first treatment. Sebastian Lozano was our tech. He was very prompt, but extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He was friendly, professional, answered all of our questions, and did a great job.

Mark did a great job with our rodent problem. He hunted down entry points and even found one nest in the house (!). The only reason Alterra got 4 stars instead of 5 is that he was not allowed to check the attic.

For my initial visit I had two service pros, the explained what it was they were going to do. They were on time, very professional. At the end of the service they explained everything they treated and with what chemicals. Just an overall great first impression. I'm looking forward to the future services.
