This is Linda E. : We had our initial service with our Alterra Pest Service Pro, Austin F., this morning 7/26/13. I was extremely pleased with the service provided today, and Austin did a fantastic job spraying under the eaves, spreading the granules in the yard to take care of fleas and ticks for our wonderful family guard dog Bandit, and treating the entire interior of our home. An initial discount that made the cost very affordable! Thank you also to our excellent sales person Matt J. who turned us on to the great deal on this pest control service."

The representative that came out to my home Felipe Linares was very good and knowledgeable of what he was doing. He made sure I knew what we was doing and will always check to see if I was having any problems with any other pest so that he was able to terminate them while he was here at my house. Very good service. I am very happy.

Eddy came out today for the initial service and we had a good time chatting and getting my house sprayed. He seemed to know quite a bit about the chemicals he was using, as well as the services that Alterra provides. I enjoyed his visit today and look forward to his coming back for the followup service and the other quarterly services in the future.

I was very pleased they showed up on time and were done quickly. I was informed of everything he was going to do. Frank Gonzales II was the person who sprayed and he made sure everything was swept clean and sprayed down. I look forward to them coming in the future to stop random critters from coming into my house and getting on my pets.

Roger Corona did a great job on our first visit from Alterra. He was professional and courteous, and very thorough in his job.
