Always difficult to find someone to help you, and once you finally do they don't seem very happy about it.

Staff was nice but slow checking us in due to lack of training so my dog layed down on the floor. Days later I noticed she had ring worm on her belly and put 2+2 together. It was the only place we had been. Please disinfect your floors in Kingman, AZ.

We found the sales people to be very friendly and informative and they had a nice selection The store was very clean and well maintained

Worst service ever! had my dog groomed here and I wish I could share a picture it looked so chopped and when I told them how bad it looked they said they would fix it but there was no fixing this mess up beyond fully shaving him to the skin and never offered a discount or apologized...I will never go here again

Shoppers Beware. Every time I have visited this location the staff is never helpful. I tried to use the self serve area, and was turned away. The manager informed that once the groomers leave no one can use the self serve.

We had the same problem. Only it was during the heat of the day and our dog was tied up in a corner without any water for 5 hours.

Don't ever go to this location I drop my dog off at 10 o'clock in the morning and he was not ready till 7 o'clock that night they didn't do what I asked when I receive them back they shaved them all the way down to the pink when I ask for my money back no one ever return my phone calls and they were very rude don't ever go here it's horrible

STOP!!! Before you even think about it! The one in Jasper Alabama should be avoided at all costs!

I took my dog Taz in at 10am for a shave and bath and was told it would be 4-5 hrs, when I went back at 3pm (5hrs later) the woman was asleep behind the desk & I had to shake her awake! There was only 1 other dog there besides mine, I know since I had to put him into the kennel & take him out! When I got him out the woman made excuses when I asked why he hadn't been bathed let alone shaved!!!

I told the store manager but wasn't offered anything for my dogs suffering 5hrs in a kennel without grooming or even water! Will never go there again even to buy cat litter. If I could give negative stars I would!!

The map said there was a Petco in Albion, NY. No Petco in Albion. I guess they just put the marker on the town that you put in the search engine. So Sad. 3 stars for petco. No stars for YP

My daughter and I look forward to our trips to at Petco. The employees all know us as Regular customers. We only shop mainly at the store on Academy & San Mateo, unless we go to the Westside. Their a Great Store, I don't know what stores the other comments shopped at, obviously it wasn't "Our" favorite store. They Are 100 times better than Persmart!

Not bad, my puppy was clean and smelled good I have to say I think they did a good job.

Looking over the comments that are a business response, I see, obviously, Petco doesn't look at these remarks. I would not take my dog back to Petco if I had to learn grooming myself. I have three dogs and have had good grooming and bad. Petco just does not CARE. PetSmart is no better. They are both all about MONEY. Find a private groomer, folks, or go to your dog's Veterinarian.

If your pets are important to you DONOT use Petco I had a problem with an online order and was transferred to Pakistan for help They told me they were very sorry but could not help!!!

My order was delivered somewhere else and all they could say was "we are sorry but we cannot help" not a very caring company
