I did not come into the dealership to walk out with a car as many other people I just came to "look" and those were my true intentions to just look and start thinking about a new car. I first thought I would get the most economical Honda I can find which was the Fit but Javier Navarro showed me many options and kept helping me with every question I had even if sometimes I became repetitive. After some time at the dealership there was not anything that really caught my attention so he drove me to another lot with other cars and we came across a beautiful superman blue 2018 Honda Civic SI. He was patient as I was hesitant on my decision and again we spent a good amount of time at that dealership again until we got in the car and I drove the SI back to the dealership where he was able to get me an amazing deal for a first time buyer. As I mentioned I did not come in with the mindset of buying and as a first time buyer I was unsure of what I was doing and what I was getting myself into but without a doubt he made the entire process a lot simpler and worry free. His number is save in my phone and if I or someone I know ever needs a car he will be the first person I am going to refer them too. By the way my new SI is AMAZING! Buying that car was a great start to my year! Thank you Javier, I appreciate your help and honesty throughout the entire process.

Miguel Maravilla was such great help through out the process he gave us all the information we needed he made purchasing our car very easy and he is also very friendly! We were giving him a hard time and still he never gave us attitude never said no and still showing us all of our options! He was/is very patient and he never rushed us he got us exactly what we were looking for! Also the financial service guy named Oscar Lopez was very helpful with all the information in signing for the vehicle they both stayed till midnight to help us in taking home the vehicle that same night! I just bought my second Honda from Galpin Honda. In the past I have purchased multiple cars from the Galpin family of dealerships, so I am a loyal customer. This most recent experience was particularly good. I went in with a very specific idea of what I wanted. Our sales person was Alexander Tumasov and he was beyond excellent! He listened to me and didn't try to push anything other than what I asked for. This matters to me a lot, as I respond very poorly to pushy salespeople, and have been known to walk out of places if their salespeople don't listen. Alexander was amazing. He was knowledgeable, efficient, funny and even did card tricks for us while we waited for the paperwork to be drawn up. I am thrilled with our experience from beginning to end, and especially wish to commend Alexander!

Amazing experience! I purchased a lemon from Universal city Nissan about a year ago. The car would turn off while on the road. I went to Nissan and they completely ignored me. That same day I went to Honda of Mission Hills and came across Walter Barry. Not only was he honest with me, but he went out of his way to make sure Nissan took in my car AND gave me a loaner..at their cost..(they were not giving me a loaner at first) Luckily the warranty acknowledged the Lemon car and they paid off the car.

I am happy to say that I now have a beautiful 2018 Honda HR-V and I am in love!!!! This was a long process but Walter made sure I got the car I wanted and at the price that I wanted too! He was honest from the beginning to end and everyday I see my car, he comes to mind and I am extremely thankful!!!!!
