My family and I had the BEST expirence at Galpin Honda. We were unsure with what car to go with but thankfully Javier Navarro guided us to the best choice for me. With in no time he had my family and I out of there happy and stress free with the purchase. I have never felt so welcomed at a car dealership before. Javier truly made my first time car shopping a day to remember! I LOVE MY NEW CAR !

This is my 3rd time leasing a car from Galpin Honda. All three experiences were great. Alexander Tumasov, who also sold me my first two cars, was helpful as always. Took me straight to the car I wanted, let us test drive it and showed us all the cool features car came with. Needless to say I was sold and we were off drafting the paper work. I drove off the lot that night with my new 2017 Honda HR-V EX-L w/Navigation and I couldn't be happier! Thank you again, Alexander for the hospitality =)

This was the first time I went to purchase a car. Javier Navarro helped me find a car that I liked and would be happy with. He was very helpful and I would highly recommend going with them. He took the time to make sure I was satisfied and he even followed up with us to make sure my sister and I got home safe.

I went to Galpin trying to get a good deal for a 2017 civic. I was referred to Armen Bandari who was very helpful. He gave me a great deal and also had a lot of patience with me. If you come to Galpin I would recommend seeing Armen!

I gave Galpin Honda 5 stars simply for 1 reason, MICHAEL FOGELMAN. - I have always dreaded and hated dealing with car salesmen and dealerships. They're always lying about so many things and its beyond obvious. Well, yesterday wasn't that day! The second I met Michael I knew my experience was going to be different. I didn't know if I was going to get the price I wanted, but I knew he was going to be straight up and real and work with me. From the beginning to the end he was helpful in everything and really wanted to make sure I was happy, and I was. Michael Johansson was absolutely great! I set up a meeting with Michael at Galpin Honda at 2:00pm and left with my new Honda Civic Hatchback by 5:30pm. Dealing with Michael was stress-free and I never felt pressured. He helped me get the car that was perfect for me. Then going into financing with Josh Bautista was quick and easy as well. I've had the car for two weeks now and I absolutely love it. I recommend requesting a meeting with these guys if you plan on getting your next car!

Gary Silas is the Man!

I am a loyal customer of Mr. Gary Silas for 3 years already. Every time I wanted to get a best deal for honda I always comes to him. And he never fails to give me the best deal. He is very approachable as always. He always gives his 101% to help us. Very professional and easy to work with. He will not give you a hard time giving good discount. He is very friendly too.

You try looking for him whenever you need help about cars. He is really the man.

I can truly say they rolled out the red carpet for me here. The process was swift, easy, and they even went above and beyond and threw in a few extra perks for me.

Silas Gary Jr. (818-648-7984) was my consultant. When I walked in I was cranky because it was hot as hell and I really didn't want to be there, but that quickly changed. Silas was extremely patient and catered to my needs (he even bought me lunch). He was able to get me an incredible deal, and even threw in a few extra perks.

I dropped my car off a few days later for window tint and other features, and left in a loaner. When I came back to pick it up there was a minor overlook on behalf of the service department. They were extremely apologetic. I understand accidents happen and often times they can easily be avoided, yet it was very difficult for me to be upset with them because of their swiftness in correcting the issue. Long story short, I left my car and took the loaner again. But this time, when the vehicle was ready Silas actually brought the car to me for my convenience, AND he brought presents for my car. He was embarrassed by what happened with the service department (which was completely out of his control, and not his fault).

I have never been treated this way at a dealership before, the hospitality here is incredible.
I would without a doubt refer others to Silas as well.

Diogenes saragoso is the best seller that ever attended to me, very attentive and worried to make the best negotiation possible. I leave very satisfied and with my new car in the garage.

Walter was really helpful when we look for a new car that fit our family. He found the perfect car and is amazing how he connects with us and what we need. His great service made us to contact him again when we decide to update our Honda Odyssey for a new model. I recommend him to friends and family!

I bought the new 2017 Honda Civic hatchback, in April. I worked with Michael Fogelman. He was so helpful. He set up my phone/blue tooth, and made sure that I understood how each feature worked, before I drove off the lot. I really love my car. If you are visiting Galpin Honda, ask for Mike!

on may 6th of this year i was thinking of visiting galpin honda but since i was involved in a car accident i was concerned of the hours it usually take but my sales representative Sylvia Gamarra along with Frank Santamaria and finance Carlos Rodriguez made so comfortable. Sylvia had the car ready with the payments and Carlos did the contract fast. I really recommend galpin honda as your Honda dealership and Sylvia as your sales representative she really knows her product.

Second vehicle I purchase at Galpin Honda from Alexander Tumasov. Every time I had a great experience. Alexander made me feel at ease and had great patience with helping me. Alexander is always very polite and friendly. I will continue to refer him to my friends and relatives and will be coming back for my third car in the future.

My wife and I drove to Galpin Honda to purchase a Honda Accord. We were greeted by Salesman Alexander. This guy is very professional and at the same time makes you feel like family. He was very informative on the vehicle but with all the comparisons on each one. With the sale of vehicle he took his time and let me my wife have our discussions alone. We have purchase 6 vehicles and by far Alexander has been the best salesman. I will drive from the inland empire again to purchase another vehicle in the future from Alexander.
