We live full time in our RV. We happened to be in San Diego when it was time to shop for a new motor coach. We visited a couple of other area RV dealers, and didn't see anything close to what we wanted. When we arrived at Holland RV, Kevin met us in the parking lot and immediately started touring us through their large selection of coaches. Kevin was very attentive and patient. He listened to our needs and wants, and helped us select the perfect RV for us. Kevin is awesome! Go and ask for Kevin.

We just bought a new Fuzion 5th wheel Toy Hauler from Holland RV in San Marcos. We met their Sales Gal Patty a few months ago at the Stadium RV show. We were looking to sell our other ToyHauler instead of trading. Patty was great, not pushy. We continued our shopping at other Dealers and models but came back to Patty. She got us the deal we wanted and Holland agreed to hold the unit for us for several weeks. Everyone there has been great to us. Patty in sales, Kayla in Service, Nate in service and the guy that worked our Financing (sorry I cant remember his name) We will have to bring the unit back in for some minor warranty work, but that's to be expected when buying an RV.

Great service after the sale. I have had our toy hauler for about a year and suddenly someone hit it on the side. (fortunately left their name) so I thought it would be a nightmare trying to get body work done on an RV. Not so, Frank in service, was the best communicator via email and phone. Gave me fair estimate, time to drop off and even offered to help me hitch and unhitch my coach. Each time in was ON TIME and even when I came too early, Frank diplomatically got me taken care of professionally. 5 stars for Holland RVs. Thank you!!!!

We just purchased a used diesel pusher and could not be happier with both the sales department and the sevice department. After we purchased the RV,The customer service depart lead by Kayla schedule a Rv checkd out by a sevice tech so that we would be confortable with the new coach. Our service tech, Curt, showd us all the ins and out of the coach, including locations of all th fuses, electrical swithches, sytem operations etc. A real soup to nuts leason. We drove off with the coach, and discovered a loud rattle, we called Kayla and the next day we brought back the rv and Curt fixed the rattle. Perfect service. We drove away again parked the coach and thought that we had an issue with the slide, called again Kayla scheduled us in the next day, and in the mean time a faucet began to leak. The next day Paul the service manger checked out the slide, no issues with it, and Mark replaced tha leaky faucet, with in the hour we were on our way. I can not begin to express,how pleased we were with the service we recieved. Everyone that we delt with were knowledgeable, courteous, anf friendly. This is not our first RV so we new to expect a few pesky issues but we did not expect to recieve such great service.

Very nice Sales Associate Keith helped us today. Extremely patient and we looked at everything twice and asked a lot of repetitive questions. At some point in the next few months we will definitely be back in Thank you for your help Keith

We purchased our motorhome from them in March, 2014. From the first phone call with Kevin to everybody else we've dealt with, it's been nothing short of phenomenal. Every time we call, when Kevin answers, he bends over backwards to help us with any department that we need. Harry showed us the motorhomes and took us for our first test drive. He was easy going, honest, unassuming, and fun!! The kind of guy you want as a friend. The whole sales experience was just relaxing. Ed and Jeff in finance were quick, responsive, and surprising when they gave us an even better deal than we originally agreed on (thank you Newmar and Holland!!). The guy that did our walk-through (sorry, Sir, I can't remember your name!!) was knowledgeable and great at educating us about our new motorhome. Frank and Jason in service have been very professional and timely in dealing with our service issues. I would recommend Holland to anyone that wants a great experience in purchasing an RV. Everybody is so helpful and gracious.

We worked with Dan in sales and purchased a Fleetwood Bounder Classic. Dan was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely thorough on the entire process. We walked the lot to check out a few different models- just to confirm I wanted the Fleetwood. The entire staff was professional and friendly without any pressure. This was a pleasant surprise since they had no idea we were ready to purchase that day! The finance process was easy- Mindy was great! I had checked with my accountant prior to our purchase about write-offs. I had heard from several people that we could claim the RV as a second home. I was excited to find out that we could also write off the interest on the loan! We have already mapped out our summer trip up the coast to Washington- so excited! I would recommend Holland to anyone without hesitation!

I have visited Holland RV in San Marcos on several ocassions with service questions, and i have spoken with Jim Jenkins, the service advosor. Jim is always willing to sit down with me and answer all of my questions and to offer suggestions. He is very friendly and always available, making me feel very welcome and comfortable. I would highly recommend this dealer when you have RV needs.

We purchased a new travel trailer from Holland RV in San Marcos. Patty assisted us in the purchase and was such a great help. John Walker was our technician for our walk through. He provided great tips, took his time explaining how everything works and ensured we understood. He offered his assistance in the future if we ever need help with operating our trailer. We feel confident our relationship with Holland RV is for the long haul. We look forward to making memories in our beautiful trailer!!

Dreaded the whole RV buying experience. But met Barry in Sales and the entire process was surprisingly enjoyable on our 40' Newmar Ventana. Barry is a low pressure sales guy, very likable, and great with followup. Jim in Service is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. They worked with me on schedule, satellite antenna install.... it was just a good deal all the way around. Price negotiations went quickly and, I believe, left us both feeling like we got a good deal. I'll followup on this after I experience service appts.

Bought our rv from the Santee location. Always get great service. Mindy has been great. Had some big issues with the roof. Doreen in San Marcos went to bat for us and got the repair approved. A little mishap occurred and they took care of it right away. Emanuel even got the part sent to Santee so we didn't have to drive to San Marcos again. Very pleased and we are coming up on our year owning. Thanks Holland RV!
