The service department did a wonderful job servicing RV before we hit the road. Knowledgeable and friendly technicians did a thorough job. Now we can enjoy our vacation. Thanks Holland Motor Homes!

We purchased a Coach from the ...

We purchased a Coach from the Holland in what can only be described as a very bad experience reminiscent of a scene out of the Used Cars movie. The deal started with us not coming to agreement on the numbers and then leaving the lot only to get a call from the salesman a while later saying that we could get the deal done.

We said yes, wired the funds and then the real adventure with Holland began. We gave them a week to get the coach prepped including repairing some minor damage to a rear cabinet door. We drove back the 100 Miles to pick up the coach the following Friday and were planning on taking it out that weekend to the beach. As we did the walk through, red carpet the whole bit, the technician popped the hood and discovered that the coolant cap was missing. He found it and then replaced it properly. As we got to the back bedroom we noticed that the inverted was removed and a large whole was in the wall. We asked about the issue and they immediately began to explain they removed it because it was incorrectly installed and dangerous. I was a little irritated since they sold it to me that way a week earlier. They offered to replace the unit and deliver the coach to our house. While disappointed we appreciated the offer.

The following week the coach was delivered missing the rear tire cover and with a broken cabinet door. We called service immediately and they asked for a picture. We sent a picture and they talked to the driver who said he had not noticed the damage. After assuring me that it left their facility in flawless condition I became very irritated at this point their solution was that we could bring the unit back down the 100 Miles to have them fix it. After having yet more quality problems with them I placed a call into the owner. Instead of the Owner calling back we got a call from the Service Manager who explained that they did not know about the tire cover and they would fix the cabinet and that we would have to bring it down which shouldn’t be an inconvenience.

I finally got a call from the owner a week later who apologized and said he would check on the tire cover.. Guess what No tire cover yet and after the first trip out the front TV that the salesman said would work in motion of course does not and the cabinet they originally offered to repair fell off during the first trip out.

While everyone is nice enough at the dealership the sheer level of incompetence and total lack of quality control makes it an unpleasant and potentially dangerous place to purchase a motorhome from leaving the coolant caps off to substandard repairs on the internal cabinet. Leaves you wondering what else they did not do right or just forgot about. After all this things do travel at high speeds down the road, carrying fuel and propane… Just saying….

I have purchased vehicles of all shapes, types and sizes around the world and this is hands down the most unprofessional and nasty experience I have ever been a part of and it is not over yet.. Wonder what it is going to take to get a tire cover.. I know I will just need to go out and buy one just like I had the cabinets fixed myself.

Please do yourself a huge favor and avoid this place as they as just that bad. Don’t take just my word for it look at all the comments on the internet, wish I did.. Thanks Holland Motor Homes
