I enjoy talking to him. We sometimes discusses his twins and how fun they are He is personable and caring.

Excellent would recommend Dr. Chen to anyone having back issues.

I’ve been with Alta Pain for almost 6 years after I was involved in a car accident. Dr Chen has helped with my migraines and back pain. I love the team he has there. They are all so friendly, nice, and do everything they can to accommodate.

I’ve been dealing with stubborn sciatica pain. Dr Chen is willing to try different options to see what will with for me.

Got it just right on diagnosing, treatment is excellent and has the TLC 100% I would recommend this provider if you want to get treated just like you want for your health needs

They manage my pain from Cancer and other health problems. They also educate me on my treatment plan and I consider Terry a personal confidant and sounding board.

I see Shane (Dr.Chen's P.A.) and he never seems rushed to get through with me, he listens well, never pressures me into anything I do not want to do and actually makes me feel like he understands and cares about me. He is my favorite doctor. All other doctors make me feel helpless or unheard. He gives me hope. He follows all protocols required and just gives great care.

Dr. Chen goes above and beyond to make sure we feel better due to our pain. He’s does a excellent job in his procedure making us feel comfortable. In all my years with my pain issues Dr. Chen, has made me feel the best. He truly cares about his patience.
