Answered my questions with not only satisfactory explanations but gives me much hope for a better outcome!

I’ve been driving from Brigham City to Bountiful for years to see Dr Chen because he was the first doctor who actually cared to find out what was going on with my health and they continue to be there for me. I appreciate everyone at Alta Pain Clinic.

I’ve been going to Dr Chen for years and probably wouldn’t be able to function without his care and treatments. He’s the best from caring and concern and seeing that all aches and pains are treated correctly.

Always sits and takes the time to expain things and to make sure all questions are answered

I see Shane (Dr.Chen's P.A.) and he never seems rushed to get through with me, he listens well, never pressures me into anything I do not want to do and actually makes me feel like he understands and cares about me. He is my favorite doctor. All other doctors make me feel helpless or unheard. He gives me hope. He follows all protocols required and just gives great care.

I have to admit it is always a joy to meet with the doctors and staff when it’s appointment time. They always have time to talk and take care of my concerns.

Gets right to the issue. Easy to schedule

Dr. Chen has managed my pain therapy for years and restored my ability to literally put one foot in front of another. I could hardly walk when I first came into his clinic. Targeted injections, RFA’s and closely monitored pain management has restored my life and given me reason to keep living. Dr. Chen and Shane Green are very attentive, always willing to educate patients and punctual.

He knows his stuff and makes me feel comfortable.

I love working with Dr. Chen. He’s one of my favorite doctors I’ve ever had to go to. He’s very personable and listens to your needs and past experiences. He’s one you can share a laugh with, but is serious when he needs to be. Dr. Chen knows what he’s doing, and I trust him to do what is necessary and get you back to the best health you can be in.

I usually visit with Shane but I’m always happy to get a hello from Dr Chen.

The best of the best for injections we precision’s so important. Has bent over backwards to keep me mobile and functional. I would have had to quit working and gone on full disability. I can Strongly recommend his services. Dr. Shane is exceptionally good as well.

Great visit with Dr. Chen. He came up with new options to treat pain that had been overlooked by other physicians probably due to my complex chronic pain conditions. It looks like there may be some light at the end of this tunnel now.

He listened patiently without interruption and came up with solutions that worked for and with me. I seriously was blown away as I have never had a doctor listen so attentively before. This was quite a breath of fresh air for me. I cannot recommend Dr. Chen enough. The level of professionalism exuded by Dr.Chen far exceeded my expectations. He was also very courteous and respectful of my wishes as an individual.

Dr. Chen has changed my life. My back pain went from an 8-9 to a 1-2 and being able to do so much more than I have been able to in years. If I ever hear anyone mention back pain I always refer them to him. I don't have a bad thing to say about Dr. Chen or his staff.
