Mike M and Air & Water are the best. After buying my wife an AI-215R ice maker over a year ago from them, I got up one morning to find the machine not working. All it needed was a tray so i contacted Air & Water and got Mike, He knew exactly which part i was talking about and put on in Fed-X boxes for me the same day.

Today i received the tray installed it and the greatest little ice maker is making ice again.

We bought a Napoleon M605RSBIPSS-2 Mirage Propane Grill with Rear Infrared Burner from Air&Water yesterday.

Our service rep Vincent was great to work with and was accommodating.

I am a repeat customer - this is the third time I have purchased a water cooler from Air & Water. Vincent helped me place my order, he was very courteous and helpful. I bought the Clover D7A Hot and Cold Bottleless Water Dispenser each time, they are all going strong - I am very happy with them. It’s great to not have to deal with changing water bottles.

I ordered the QMark garage heater and received it promptly when I explained I was in a hurry. Unit is rated for 560 SF and my garage is 768 SF. Reviews looked good so I thought I'd take a chance. With temps 0-10 last several days garage is 65 plus! Really awesome unit!!!

I ordered a QMark heater and it shipped out immediately. I had to call customer service when I misplaced the tracking number. Christine was pleasant and professional and was able to tell me when my heater would be delivered and resent the information to me. It was a pleasure talking with a life person!!

I ordered several AZ Patio Heaters and I love them! Customer service was great when I called and my items were shipped out very quickly! I will be shopping here again in the future!

We have used Soleus heaters for a dozen years: they are wonderful, quiet, economical and easy to move around. Also, they are mighty kind to allergies. After trying Amazon, Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot, etc., where, if you want to place an order, you have to spend lots of time and all your wits trying to communicate with a stupid computer, I called Air & Water and got a wonderful, real, live person to talk to. This lady was super sensitive to the customer's needs, and was one of the kindest sales people I have ever, ever dealt with. We live across country from this company, but the service I got will bring my attention back to Air & Water when I might need something they sell. This is the second Soleus heater we've purchased from Air & Water. Great company! Super great sales person!!

The person I had contact with was very nice and willing to answer all my questions and I would say they where better then a 5 star service. Would look forward to doing service with them again.

Between work and home we have (3) Clover B7A-BL Hot / Cold Water Dispensers. All purchased from Air & Water. They work very well. These coolers dispense the water quickly. We tested and its over twice as fast, big plus.

I had to return an evaporation cooler, and Mike M made it extremely easy. He responded quickly to my request, and provided a prepaid return label. All I had to do was stick the label on the box and drop it off at FedEx. Mike was in communication the entire time, and my refund was posted to my credit card account within days of him receiving the return.

I ordered a Port A Cool Cyclone 3000 Commercial Swamp Cooler (Scratch & Dent) from the website. I was contacted a couple of days later by Customer Service Rep, Christine and informed that the unit wasn't currently available as a scratch & dent item. She assisted me in ordering a new unit of the same model. Her professionalism and pleasant demeanor quickly turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one. I will definitely continue to do business with Air & Water, Inc. in the future.
