I purchased a Clover Hot and Cold Water dispenser and I am very happy with my purchase. The customer service representative that helped me with the filter that I needed was very professional and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone interested in buying what they offer.

We are planning a trip in our trailer in a couple of days. We needed this swamp cooler to make our over nights in Las Vegas bearable. Christine got the ball rolling. When it was discovered they were out of stock, she located a comparable model that was actually more to our pleasing. It was doubtful it would arrive on time until Lauren stepped up and made the extra effort to ensure it arrived on time. Thank you SO much for your great customer service. We really appreciate it!!

I was looking for a particular Fireplace model and was quoted 4 weeks delivery time by another online store. I called Air and Water and Spoke to Christine. She called the manufacturer and confirmed they can ship in 3 to 5 days and she took my order right over the phone. Great prices AND great customer service, Thanks Christine!

wow. talk about great customer service! even though the item i ordered was way past the return window, Mike did some magic and allowed me to return it! how rare to find exceptional customer service anymore, and how important it is for a company to do it well!!!

I was pleased with the ease of ordering an evaporative cooler from Air and Water. The sales person (Mike) knew the product and could answer my questions about the unit. Ordering was simple and uncomplicated.

Tried to order an ice maker from Sears and they gave me no options at all, and the shipping was delayed. I called Air & Water and spoke with Monique who really took care of the whole situation! They expedited my shipping and gave me a discount! Thanks!!

Ordered a wine cooler from Air & Water. I got informed in advance that shipping company will contact me to schedule delivery. It worked all good.

The unit had little scratches & dents due to transport, however Air & Water was offering a compensation for it. Good customer service

Got a great deal from Air & Water, though unfortunately soon after ordering was informed that the product I purchased from their website was actually out of stock (it had shown 1 left).
