I called to check a specific ductless unit's price, availability and tech spec to compare with other units, and was very pleasantly surprised with my experience. I am hearing impaired and so expect a difficult time on the phone, but had absolutely no problems dealing with the customer service rep, Christine. Indeed, I was very pleased with her complete knowledge of the product's tech specs, and her concise clear explanations of how the product performs. I was so pleased with the information I got, I decided to look no further for a ductless unit and placed an order at the end of my call.

I got a better unit at a better price with better customer service than I can get locally. They shipped my order within 24 hours.



After set up, I realized we needed an additional piece to extend the window insert. I called, and was helped promptly.



This was a major purchase and I am looking forward to spending the summer nights sleeping in cool comfort instead of sticky heat.

Cannot say enough nice things about this company. I originally purchased a swamp cooler, but needed to return it for store credit to purchase a portable A/C unit. Mike M made things so simple & even though I was past the 30 day return they still credited me & even paid for the return shipping & sent out my new unit before receiving my returned unit, something I've never heard of any company doing. I wish all companies had such amazing customer service. Already enjoying my new A/C & spreading the good word about Air-N-Water!!

Air-N-Water is a great company. I have been purchasing from this site for several years now. The first item I order had a manufacture defect and they replaced it without any hassle.
